Abstract: A comprehensive and systematic set of multi-functional watt-hour meter performance evaluation quality test methods was proposed. By comparing and studying the relevant standards and technical indicators of advanced meters at home and abroad, this method comprehensively considers the accuracy, stability, reliability and intelligence of the meter, which provides strong support for the quality improvement and technological innovation of the energy meter industry.
