Abstract:
Objective Research on the mechanism and substance basis of Eucommia Folium treating epilepsy based on bioinformatics technology. Methods Using LC-MS technology to obtain the components of Eucommiae Folium, and obtaining the components and disease targets through the SuperPred database and GeneCards database. Using Cytoscape software to establish network maps; Perform enrichment analysis using Metascape database; Use CB-dock software for molecular docking. Results A total of 113 active ingredients and 531 target points were screened from the Eucommiae Folium, with 29880 epilepsy disease target points, 57 intersection target points and nine core target points. The main related signaling pathways include cancer pathways, serotonin synapse, etc. Conclusions The mechanism of Eucommiae Folium in treating epilepsy may be related to inflammation response, providing a scientific theoretical basis for further pharmacological experiments.
