Research on the Construction of Interest and Rights Management and Services System of Digital Resources

Abstract: In order to effectively solve the complex rights and interests problems in the process of digital resource management, and build a set of systematic and standardized digital resource rights and interests management scheme available to digital library, this study reviews the research and practice status of digital resource rights and interests management system in library, This paper introduces the construction of the digital resource rights and interests management system of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences, including the construction background, target positioning, construction framework and function design, key business processes, technical methods, etc., and puts forward some thoughts on the future development of the digital resource rights and interests management system of the digital library.
