摘要： mainlyintroducesthedevelopmentandapplicationofharmonicpowermeteringtechnologyinChina sincethe 21stcentury.Withtheincreasingdemandfor harmonic powermeteringinthe powergrid,theintroductionofthe world’sfirstharmonicpowerdefinitionstandard,IEEE1459---2000,haspromotedthedevelopmentof harmonicpowermeteringtechnology.Thetextalsomentionstheelementsoftheapplicationanddevelopmentofharmonicenergymetering technology, includingtheexpansionofthescopeofharmonicpollutioninthepowergrid,theconfusionofharmonicenergy metering instrumentadopted by different users, and thenewtypeofharmonicenergymeteringtechnologyintroducedinthe world.Inaddition,thispaperalsointroducesthedomesticindependentdevelopmentofharmonicenergymeasurementtechnology, such as 0.2S level three-phase electricity meter,0.2S three-phase harmonic active energy metering seriesproducts,threephasewaveactiveenergymeteringproducts,andusingtheHilbertdigitalfilterandlowfrequencyfiltercalculationharmonicreactivepowermeteringchipdevelopmentofcutting-edgepracticaltechnology.Ingeneral,thispaper summarizesthedevelopment process,applicationstatusandfuturedevelopmentdirectionofharmonic power measurementtechnology in China, as well as the related technology and productachievements.

摘要： Introduces the initial objectives of GE smart meter joint venture jointly launched by State Grid Corporation, GE), Luneng Group and China Electric Power Research Institute, including the joint venture party, strategy, objectives and project progress. In addition, the GE Smart Power Technology Exchange meeting held by State Grid Corporation in China Power Research Institute on July 1,2009.
