Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the era of big data, the management of scientific data has received more and more attention from all walks of life. Therefore, the cultivation of data literacy talents in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. The data literacy curriculum is an important basis for the data literacy training of college students.[Method/process] Using the questionnaire survey and Pearson correlation analysis method in SPSS.22 software, the article analyzed the relationship between information literacy curriculum which is closely related to data literacy and data literacy, and then refined the data literacy curriculum collection. Finally, clustering analysis was used to classify the data literacy curriculum.[Result/conclusion] The research results show that courses related to information literacy can be used as the basis for data literacy. On this basis, by supplementing and perfecting the corresponding data literacy courses, the article constructs the data literacy course group, including data awareness and ethics course module, data acquisition and data processing course module and data analysis and utilization course module.

Abstract: ChatGPT is a dialogue system developed by OpenAI company. It appears as a Chatbot, but in essence, it uses Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) technology to produce answers. Its key foundation is Generative Pre-trained Transformer and the core technology is InstructGPT. When compared to similar products in the early stages, its main characteristic is that there is a significant decrease in making up facts and generating toxic content. We present a systematic investigation of the technical structure, relevant research and practice, and applications scenarios of ChatGPT. Based on the investigation, we analyze the inspiration from the rapid development of AI technology as well as the influence of ChatGPT on Scientific Research and Library & Information Service. According to these influence, we present eight suggestions for the Library & Information Service field. Overall, the field should find its distinctive value orientation in the AI era, not only by maintaining the conventional scientific research paradigm, but also by exploring new technologies to boost scientific research.

Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲料糖脂比对拟穴青蟹仔蟹生长性能、体组成和消化酶活性的影响。以初始体重为(41.40.3) mg的拟穴青蟹仔蟹为试验对象,分别投喂糖脂比为0.54、0.88、1.39、2.08和3.50的等氮(约44%)等能(约19.5 MJ/kg)饲料3周。结果表明:1)饲料糖脂比对拟穴青蟹仔蟹的终末平均体重(FABW)、成活率(SR)、增重率(WGR)以及特定生长率(SGR)均有显著影响(P0.05),而对粗脂肪含量的影响显著(P0.05),但显著影响蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)。随着饲料糖脂比的增大,蛋白酶活性呈先增大后减小的趋势,脂肪酶活性呈降低的趋势,糖脂比1.39试验组的蛋白酶活性显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05),糖脂比0.54和0.88试验组的脂肪酶活性显著高于糖脂比2.08和3.50试验组(P<0.05)。由此可见,以增长率为评价指标,经回归分析得出拟穴青蟹仔蟹饲料的适宜糖脂比为2.07。

Abstract:以蛋氨酸锌为锌源,在等氮等能的基础饲料中添加不同水平的锌,配制实际锌含量分别为9.3、31.7、49.9、90.1、168.6和326.5 mg/kg的6种试验饲料,饲喂平均体重为(14.54±0.10) mg的方格星虫稚虫8周,用以研究饲料锌含量对方格星虫稚虫生长、体成分、体腔液中锌含量及碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。每种试验饲料设3个重复,每个重复饲喂400尾方格星虫稚虫。结果表明:饲料锌含量对方格星虫的成活率、增重率和特定生长率均有显著影响(P0.05)。饲料锌含量对虫体体腔液锌含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均有显著影响(P<0.05)。虫体体腔液锌含量随着饲料锌含量的提高而不断上升,在饲料锌含量为326.5 mg/kg时达到最高值;而虫体体腔液中碱性磷酸酶活性则随着饲料锌含量的提高先上升后趋于稳定,当饲料锌含量为49.9 mg/kg时达到最高值。以增重率为评价标准,通过回归分析得出方格星虫稚虫饲料中适宜锌含量为41.93 mg/kg。
