  • Emergency nursing experience of intravenous thrombolysis in a patient with acute cerebral infarction

Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2023-09-24

Abstract: Acute cerebral infarction is one of the common diseases in emergency medicine, and it is a disease with a treatment "time window", with a high disability rate. Early opening of the "stroke green channel" and early implementation of "intravenous thrombolysis" treatment are key to reducing disability and ensuring the prognosis and quality of life of patients. This article reviews the thrombolysis nursing process of a patient with acute cerebral infarction and summarizes the experience of standardized thrombolysis nursing for stroke.

Abstract: To study the difference in the content of phenolics and the antioxidant capacity between the two kinds of Hawk tea of different maturity levels, and to evaluate their quality, this study used LC-MS/MS method to determine the content of 15 phenolic compounds. Then, the antioxidant activity of the two types of tea was evaluated using DPPH radical scavenging capacity, ABTS+ radical scavenging capacity, and Fe3+ reduction ability (FRAP). Then the content of the 15 phenolic compounds and the antioxidant efficacy between the two kinds of Hawk tea of different maturity levels were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the content of 15 phenolic compounds, hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal partial least square regression analysis (OPLS-DA) was used to classify the two kinds of Hawk tea. Finally, the contribution of different phenolic compounds in Hawk tea to antioxidation was discussed by partial least square regression analysis (PLSR). The results were as follows: (1) The contents of catechin, p-coumaric acid, isoquercitrin, hyperoside, nicotiflorin, astragalin, kaempferol, quercentin, and afzelin in tender-leaf tea were significantly higher than those in mature leaf tea, among which the average content of catechin, isoquercitrin, and astragalin were higher than thos in mature-leaf tea by 1 039, 169 and 257 mg100 g-1, respectively. The results of HCA, PCA, and OPLS-DA can distinguish the two kinds of Hawk tea. (2) The ANOVA shows a significant difference in DPPH radical scavenging capacity, ABTS+ radical scavenging capacity, and Fe3+ reduction ability between the two kinds of tea, with the tender leaf superior to the mature leaf. (3) The PLSR suggests that isoquercitrin, catechin, astragalin, chlorogenic acid, hyperoside, p-coumaric acid, and kaempferol were the main phenolic chemical components that contributed to the antioxidant activity of Hawk tea. This study can provide a reference for Hawk tea's quality control and application promotion.

  • Nursing experience of emergency PCI after intravenous thrombolysis in a case of acute myocardial infarction

Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2023-03-06

Abstract: to summarize a case of acute myocardial infarction (Ami) who was treated with emergency PCI after intravenous thrombolytic therapy. During the treatment, nursing intervention was carried out for the patients with severe pain due to myocardial ischemia, to enhance the patient""s own comfort. And the implementation of patients with cardiac rehabilitation care, so as to ease the patients during the treatment of excessive reaction to improve the treatment effect. This article reviews the first aid measures and nursing measures of 1 patient with acute myocardial infarction, and summarizes the relevant nursing experience.

  • Practice and experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for acute myocardial infarction with chest pain as chief complaint

Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2022-12-05

Abstract: A case of acute myocardial infarction with chest pain as chief complaint was treated with thrombolytic therapy and auricular-plaster therapy. To probe into how to use the nursing method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to relieve the acute aggravation of chest pain, relieve the pain of patients, reduce the complications of acute myocardial infarction and improve the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction, improve the quality of life of patients.

  • 基于 HPLC-ECD 研究牡荆叶抗氧化的谱-效关系

Subjects: Biology >> Botany submitted time 2022-09-08 Cooperative journals: 《广西植物》

Abstract: In order to study the spectrum-effect relationship between fingerprint and antioxidant activity of the leaves of Vitex negundo var. cannabifolia (V. negundo), the fingerprints of 18 batches of V. negundo were established by high performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical detection (HPLC-ECD) and the cluster analysis of medicinal materials from different sources was performed simultaneously. The main phenolic compounds from V. negundo were identified and determined. The contents of total phenolics and total flavonoids in V. negundo were analyzed, and the antioxidant activities in vitro were evaluated by the methods of DPPH radical scavenging capacity, ABTS radical scavenging capacity, oxygen radical absorbance capacity and ferric ion reducing ability power. The spectrum-effect relationships of V. negundo were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, gray relational analysis and partial least square regression analysis. The results were as follows: (1) The fingerprints of V.negundo were established with 21 common peaks and a total of 10 peaks were identified, the order of contents was as follows: chlorogenic acid > isoorientin > luteoloside > isovitexin > isochlorogenic acid A > isochlorogenic acid C > protocatechuic acid > orientin > isochlorogenic acid B > neochlorogenic acid. The similarity among the samples from different producing areas was high, and the values were ranged from 0.816 to 0.983. (2) The results of the cluster analysis showed that the content of the compounds had a certain influence on the classification and the samples from different sources were divided into three categories, among which the samples from the south and the north were different. (3) The contents of total phenolics and total flavonoids in V.negundo were 15.82 to 61.83 mg•g-1 and 27.85 to 157.65 mg•g-1, respectively, and the antioxidant activity of all samples from V negundo existed differenece. (4) The spectrum-effect relationship indicated that the antioxidant activity of V negundo was the result of the synergistic effect of many compounds, and compounds such as peak 9 (isoorientin), peak 4 and peak 5 (chlorogenic acid) made the greatest contribution to the antioxidant activity of V negundo. This study provides a reference basis for the screening and quality control of antioxidant substances in V negundo.
