Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Building the open innovation intellectual resource ecosystem is the essential support for optimizing human resource and intellectual resource, and offering references for industrial think tanks. [Method/process] By the case study, this paper analyzed the design and process for the intellectual resource ecosystem of China tobacco Yunnan industrial company. [Result/conclusion] By building the open innovation intellectual resource ecosystem, it can control and utilize the intellectual resource, which makes knowledge assets of the technical center, realizing the added-value of knowledge assets and inheriting them.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] It is of great significance for the study of social network information ecology and information recommendation to accurately grasp the interest tendency of social network users and classify users into highly aggregated user groups.[Method/process] In this paper, by constructing the user attributes describe hierarchical model based on multi-dimensional, according to the model data requirements fetching user sample data from Sina microblog, quantify the secondorder variable based on the multi-dimensional property of the users' background information, users' blog information and user behavior information to construct user vector expression, comparing the classification results based on single dimension and the multi-dimensional, given different weights to attribute for weighted analysis, when achieve the optimal clustering results, based it do variance analysis to improve the model.[Result/conclusion] User clustering effect based on the multi-dimensional attribute weighting is significantly better than the user clustering effect based on the single-dimensional and under the condition of the multidimensional unweighted, and users microblog content dimension for improving the validity of user clustering effect is the largest.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper creates a social media resource aggregation model based on user portraits, provides a reference for resource aggregation, and enriches and expands its theoretical research system.[Method/process] Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation and algorithm of user portraits, and mapping relationship between them, the models of user portraits and resource portraits are constructed based on social media. The social media-based user portraits and resource portraits are studied by using the social labeling system method. Based on the domain ontology method, through the deep mining of data and the principle of resource aggregation, a social media internal resource aggregation model and an external resource aggregation model based on resource portraits are constructed.[Result/conclusion] In the era of big data, relevant theories and methods based on user portraits and resource portraits can provide new ideas for resource aggregation of social media.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence, the research of user portraits has quietly emerged. Reviewing and combing the research status has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the long-term development of user portraits. [Method/process] Based on China Knowledge Network (CNKI) database, Emerald and Web of Science English database, the paper used Citespace, Vosviwer and other visualization tools to analyze quantitatively the current user image research in the library and information field, in terms of research institutions, cited journals, research hotspots and the density of hotspots, etc. The paper also used the mind map to elaborate on the research theme, research algorithms and techniques, model construction and the practice and application of user portraits of user portraits in the field of library and information at home and abroad. [Result/conclusion] As an emerging research tool, the research on user portraits in China is still weak, which has a large space for exploration. The future research of user portraits should focus on:broadening the research theme of user portraits, paying attention to the behavior analysis of user portraits and optimizing the research model of user portraits.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The evaluation of the influence of WeChat official accounts can help enterprises to objectively judge the value of WeChat official accounts, and instruct the media of WeChat to take effective measures to improve their influence. [Method/process] Based on information entropy theory, the theoretical model and mathematical model of WeChat official accounts influence evaluation are constructed, and 4 876 WeChat official accounts are taken as samples to carry out an empirical study. Compared with the Qing Bo index and the new index, finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the influence of WeChat official accounts. [Result/conclusion] The model is complete and rich in variable evaluation. It can amend the data deviation of the influence of the article fraud, and the effect of evaluation is better, and it can reflect the value of the WeChat official accounts more.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to prevent the outbreak of micro-blog false public opinion to the serious consequences of society, the paper categorized the key nodes in micro-blog, to stop the nodes that maliciously incite the masses' emotions in time, and prevent more micro-blog users from being misled, and guide the micro-blog users by different ways of thinking. So as to better purify the micro-blog public opinion environment. [Method/process] The paper used super network and dynamic network analysis method to identify key nodes. Through analyzing their sentiment tendency, different leading strategies were finally provided. [Result/conclusion] There are five kinds of key nodes in the life cycle of micro-blog public opinion. Ideological guidance can be divided into intelligent guidance and wisdom guidance.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Exploring topical communities and sentiment fluctuations of Internet users and grasping the process of development of events have great significance to control the development direction of the events and lead guidance of the network public opinion in the new period. [Method/process] Based on the theory of complex networks, the study constructed sub event network based on co-occurrence relations among user comments, identifying topic community in sub-event commenting networks through community discovery algorithms and giving the attribute to emotion word according to the emotional dictionary. The study dynamically tracked the opinions and emotions of Internet users based on the evolution process of events. [Result/conclusion] The conclusion showed that the commenting network community discovery and coefficient of variation method can effectively measure the scale and concentration of Internet users' topic discussion; emotional word sentiment classification attribute method can reflect the emotional changes of Internet users in the process of event evolution; the derived topic of public opinion has a continuous influence on the development of the event public opinion; the content of the topic discussion of Internet users has some foresight to the evolution of the event.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper constructs an evaluation model of short video transmission effect, and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent empirical evaluation of short video communication effect.[Method/process] This paper analyzed users from a multi-dimensional perspective, took short-video user-generated content as the starting point, extend to user preferences based on comprehensive information emotional theory, and integrated with content features based on super IP theory. It used literature review and Delphi analysis to summarize the factors affecting short-term frequency communication effect, and used fuzzy set theory DEMATEL model to screen the key influencing factors of the secondary indicators, and a communication effect evaluation model and evaluation index system were constructed.[Result/conclusion] Eleven key influencing factors of short video communication effect were determined, of which the official certification was the most critical factor,the short video communication effect evaluation model and evaluation index system thus constructed provided a certain degree of decision support for the research of short video propagation effects.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper combs Mr.Jing Jipeng's academic thought again, outlines the general picture of his academic thought building, and makes future generations fully understand the essence of his information ecology thought.[Method/process] Through the collection and study of Mr. Jing Jipeng's works and relevant high-level academic papers published in the field of information ecology, as well as the interview with Mr. Jing, Mr. Jing's information ecology thought was divided into 4 stages:the accumulation of ecology thought, the initial establishment of information ecology thought, the formation of information ecology theory system and the development of information ecology thought in depth.[Result/conclusion] From two aspects of theory system and education system, this paper summarizes Mr. Jing's contribution to the information ecology thought, and summarizes four main characteristics of his information ecology thought:innovation, foresight, epochal and sustainable development. Mr. Jing's information ecology thought enriches the information science education system and promotes the development of information science education in China.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Taking online social network as the research object, and through the literature combing to accurately capture the development trend and research hotspots of community discovery, and exploring how to mine hidden communities in large-scale social networks, which has theoretical and practical significance. [Method/process] Using CNKI database, Web of Science core collection and related international conference documents as data sources. The CiteSpace visual analysis tool was used to quantitatively study hotspot keywords, topic evolution paths and co-cited documents. And the topic research content was reviewed from 3 dimensions:community discovery method, algorithm implementation and application practice. [Result/conclusion] There is still much room for development in the current research field. In the future, we should pay attention to optimization and innovation of algorithms, differentiation and expansion of application scenarios, and cross-disciplinary research on interdisciplinary knowledge and cutting-edge technology methods.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To improve the quality of knowledge aggregation in healthy virtual communities and provide technical method support for virtual healthy community services. [Method/process] The method of spectral clustering was applied to knowledge in the virtual healthy community was extracted, and the semantic similarity matrix of the text was obtained by using the keyword co-occurrence. The spectral clustering was performed according to the text semantic similarity matrix, and the text was aggregated into text clusters. [Result/conclusion] The information published by the doctor’s online health consultation platform was used as a data source for method validation. The results show that when the number of clusters is 5, the proposed method has the highest score. This method of spectral clustering considers the semantic relationship between words, fully exploits the potential information of virtual healthy community, improves the quality of knowledge aggregation, and provides a new way for knowledge aggregation and knowledge service.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Major emergencies are an important part of the overall national security concept. In order to respond to major emergencies more quickly and efficiently and reduce the threats to national security, social stability, and people's lives and properties, this article proposes to construct major event knowledge graph, it reveals the law and logic of the evolution of major emergencies, and can assist relevant departments in responding to and making decisions on major emergencies.[Method/process] This paper selected media reports, research reports and academic papers of the COVID-19 epidemic that had a wide range of international attention and influence, and used ontology construction and pattern matching methods for event extraction and event relationship extraction, to construct an affair map of major emergencies, and to analyze the affair knowledge and transmission paths of the evolution of the event.[Result/conclusion] The research results show that the affair map of major emergencies can reveal the evolution logic and laws of major emergencies, and then grasp the development context of events from a macro level, and provide scientific and accurate basis for the response and management of major emergencies.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Combined with the current social background of the aging population, this paper explores the behavior mechanism of online health information search of elderly users in China from the perspective of mobile terminals, to enrich the current research results of information search behavior of elderly users and guide elderly users to effectively search for health information and optimize the work of the health information service department. [Method/process] This paper used the semi-structured interview method to collect online health information search experiences of 24 elderly users, utilized grounded theory to extract five influencing factors of online health information search behavior of elderly users. And it constructed a theoretical model of factors affecting online health information search behavior of elderly users.[Result/conclusion] Finally, it’s found that network environment factors, individual characteristic factors, social support factors, mobile terminal objective factors, and individual cognitive factors are the key factors that affect the online health information search behavior of elderly users, and the influencing mechanism among these factors is explained in depth. This paper also puts forward some feasible suggestions to the government, medical institutions, APP software and other health information providers based on the theoretical model.

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] In order to respond to major emergencies more quickly and efficiently, this paper conducts a study on the dynamic evolution process of major emergencies, with a view to assisting relevant departments in responding to and making decisions on major emergencies.[Method/Process] Based on the theory and method of event knowledge graph, this paper obtained the abstract event knowledge graph of major emergencies through the steps of event knowledge graph construction, event generalization, etc, and further analyzed it to summarize the motivation of event evolution, combined with the system dynamics model, the dynamic simulation model of the event evolution was carried out.[Result/Conclusion] The research results show that highly generalized knowledge can reveal the causes and influencing factors of event evolution; With the combination of major emergencies event knowledge graph and system dynamics method, the process of simulating the evolution of events is achieved from the perspective of knowledge.

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper introduces the elements of crisis management to study the theme evolution law of network public opinion of emergencies, so as to provide new ideas for accurate network public opinion disposal and dynamic decision-making of emergencies. [Method/Process] Taking the factual text data of specific emergencies as the source, using the implicit Dirichlet distribution theme model to build a dynamic theme evolution model, this study mined the stage division and topics in social media emergencies, and summarized the constituent elements of public opinion crisis. [Result/Conclusion] Based on PPRR and 4R crisis management theory, the development of public opinion is divided into just-unfolding stage, outbreak stage, fluctuation stage and quiet stage, and the work tasks are divided into four categories of readiness, responsiveness, reduction and resilience. Finally, the governance model of network public opinion is proposed.

Abstract:本试验旨在研究多鳞鱚对饲料中n-3高不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)的需要量。挑选均重为(6.0±0.6) g的多鳞鱚幼鱼540尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。各组分别投喂n-3HUFA水平为0.53%、0.80%、1.22%、1.62%、2.12%和2.56%的等氮等脂饲料8周。结果表明:1)2.12%组的增重率和特定生长率最高,显著高于0.53%组(P0.05);1.62%组的全鱼粗脂肪含量最高,显著高于除1.62%组外的其他各组(P0.05),2.12%组和2.56%组的血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著低于除1.62%组外的其他各组(P<0.05),1.62%组的血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著低于除1.22%组和2.12%组外的其他各组(P<0.05)。5)随着饲料n-3HUFA水平的提高,肝脏C18:3n-3、C20:5n-3、C22:6n-3含量显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏C18:2n-6含量显著降低(P<0.05)。6)随着饲料n-3HUFA水平的提高,肌肉C18:2n-6、C20:4n-6含量呈降低趋势,2.12%组和2.56组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);肌肉C20:5n-3、C22:6n-3含量呈升高趋势,2.56%组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。由此可见,以增重率为依据,折线模型拟合得出多鳞鱚幼鱼对饲料中n-3HUFA的需要量为2.21%。

Abstract:本试验旨在探究在氯化钴(Co-Cl)和蛋氨酸钴(Co-Met)2种钴(Co)源下饲料Co含量对军曹鱼幼鱼生长性能、血液学指标和组织Co沉积的影响,并比较2种Co源的生物学效价。以脱维酪蛋白和鱼粉为主要蛋白质源配制基础饲料,在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照)、2、4、8、16、32 mg/kg(以Co计)的Co-Cl或Co-Met,配制11种试验饲料(共用对照)。挑选健康的初始体重为(22.18±0.35)g的军曹鱼幼鱼990尾,随机分为11组,每组分配3个网箱(重复),投喂同一种试验饲料,每个网箱养殖30尾鱼,共投喂10周。结果显示:1)2种Co源下,特定生长率(SGR)、增重率(WGR)均随饲料Co含量的增加先上升后下降。饲料Co含量极显著影响军曹鱼幼鱼的SGR、WGR和饲料系数(FCR)(P<0.01),饲粮Co源和Co含量的交互作用显著影响SGR、WGR、成活率(SR)(P<0.05)。2)饲粮Co源极显著影响红细胞计数(RBC)(P<0.01),饲料Co含量极显著影响RBC、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)(P<0.01),饲料Co源和Co含量的交互作用极显著影响HCT(P<0.01)。3)饲料Co源极显著影响脊椎骨Co含量(P<0.01),饲料Co含量极显著影响脊椎骨和全鱼Co含量(P<0.01),饲料Co源和Co含量的交互作用显著影响脊椎骨和全鱼Co含量(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲料中适宜含量的Co可改善军曹鱼幼鱼的生长性能和血液学指标,提高组织中Co沉积量。以Co-Cl和Co-Met为Co源,饲料Co含量分别为17.75、19.40 mg/kg时军曹鱼幼鱼可获得最大SGR。以SGR、RBC、脊椎骨Co含量为判据,Co-Met的生物学效价分别为Co-Cl的1.47、1.49、1.12倍。

Abstract: Hyperchaotic system has certain advantages because of its characteristics of sercret key space and sensitivity to initial value. Aiming at the low computation efficiency and poor security of the existing Zero watermarking algorithm, this paper proposed a zero watermark algorithm based on hyperchaotic system. Firstly the algorthm realizes the encryption pretreatment of watermarking information taking advantage of the large key space and sensitivity of initial value of the Chen hyper-chaos system. And then analyzing the influence of each bit plane on the image, least significant bit of the image carrier is initialized to zeros to extract the feature matrix using of block mean binary quantization method. Finally, Arnold scrambled characteristics matrix and hyper-chaotic encrypted binary watermarking are executed for xor operation to construct a zero watermarking. The simulation attack experiment and comparison with the precious zero watermark algorithm show that the algorithm in this paper can resist noise attack, filter attack, compression attack and shear attack while maintaining better robustness.

Abstract: The location prediction of mobile user is effective for the temporal and spatial allocation of system resources, and it can improve the resource utilization of the mobile communication system. The traditional location prediction method has a problem of low prediction accuracy due to unreasonable calculation of support. To overcome these challenges, this paper presented a method called mining user mobile rule based on pattern matching degree and location prediction. It can predict location with the base coverage mesh as the unit for mobile users in mobile communication systems. The detailed procedure contained three phases: a) mining user mobile patterns from graph traversal; b) generating user mobile rules from user mobile patterns; c) predicting based on user mobile rules. Finally, the conducted experiments on 10 batches of trajectory data demonstrate that this method has the characteristics of fewer rules, high support, and high confidence than traditional methods, and highly predict accuracy.

Abstract:高重频卫星激光测距系统中,激光脉冲飞行时间通过事件计时器分别测量主波和回波时刻获得。为了采用更高重频且高精度的事件计时器,将Guidetech公司的GT668SLR-1事件计时器应用于中国科学院云南天文台的1.2m望远镜激光测距系统,对其结构原理进行分析,并利用其测量由信号发生器产生的固定信号、地靶测距和卫星测距等试验,采集数据的处理结果达到激光测距精度要求,由此判定GT668SLR-1事件计时器可用做卫星激光测距系统的时间测量单元。
