Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper reviews and summarizes Professor Meng Liansheng’s contributions in the research of bibliometrics theory and method, data system construction, practical research, international academic exchanges and personnel training, and shows Professor Meng Liansheng’s spirit of seeking, pioneering and rigorous scholarship under arduous conditions. [Method/process] Using the method of literature research and combining with the interviews of characters, this paper studied the research from the research process, research results, significance and influence of Professor Meng Liansheng. [Result/conclusion] His innovative research has promoted the development of bibliometrics research and application in China and expanded China’s international influence in this field. By leading the creation of CSCD and DISC databases, the application of bibliometrics methods in scientific and technological literature retrieval, scientific journal evaluation and scientific activity evaluation has been promoted, which are important signs and achievements of the development of Chinese bibliometrics.

Abstract: Energy storage is one of the important supporting technologies to achieve the “dual carbon” goals, and it is an important means to stabilize renewable energy fluctuations and reduce the impact of large-scale new energy access on the power grid. At present, the competition of global energy resources is becoming increasingly fierce, and China is also facing significant changes in the adjustment of energy structure. To implement the energy strategy of “four revolutions and one cooperation” in the new era, and to realize the “14th Five-Year Plan” as well as the “Long-range Objectives Through the Year 2035”, China needs to build a new system of energy structure with Chinese characteristics, driven by “clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient” energy resources. Achieving the complementary integration of clean energy and fossil energy is the key to building a new “clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient” energy system. The development of large-scale energy storage technology is not only a necessary measure for the low-carbon and clean power system, but also a powerful means to seize the strategic commanding heights of the international energy technology and ensure national energy security.

Abstract:限制性核酸内切酶是DNA重组的重要分子生物学工具。由于其本身对DNA有切割作用导致其重组表达在技术上十分困难,产率低、提纯程序复杂。而商业化生产所采用的利用专一型甲基化酶保护宿主DNA的限制酶表达技术流程繁琐、实用性有限。本研究为表达Not I限制酶,采用来源于Spiroplasma sp. MQ1的DNA甲基化酶M.Sss I特异性甲基化CpG序列,甲基化后的DNA会免受识别位点中包含CpG序列的限制酶Not I的切割。将甲基化酶M.Sss I导入大肠杆菌表达宿主ER2566中后,M.Sss I基因在宿主中持续表达并甲基化宿主DNA成CpG甲基化样式;利用此表达体系制备限制性内切酶Not I获得成功。并借助引入纯化标签经过简便的Ni亲和层析和阴离子交换层析2步层析洗脱纯化,制备了高活力高纯度的重组限制酶Not I。此表达体系可应用于一系列识别位点中包含CpG序列的限制酶的表达。

Abstract:用直流电弧等离子体法在氢气和氦气混合气氛下制备了硅纳米带(Si NRs),使用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、Raman光谱、X光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对Si NRs的形貌、结构及 成分进行了表征。结果表明,这种硅纳米带(Si NRs)是由细小片状结构Si晶体沿一定的晶体学方向堆积而成的 带状纳米结构,以聚结生长机制为主导。Si NRs的宽度约为28 nm、长度大于200 nm、厚度为6.2 nm,比表面积约 为164 m2·g-1。文中深入探讨了Si NRs的形成机制。这种制备Si NRs的方法成本低,可商业化宏量生产,其产率 约为18.6 g·h-1。将此Si NRs作为负极活性物质制备了锂离子电池,并测试其嵌/脱锂电化学性能。这种锂离子电 池的首次放电比电容为2460 mAh·g-1,循环40次后其电容量维持在316 mAh·g-1,表现出较好的储锂电化学活性。
