  • Implementation evaluation and outlook of Major Function Oriented Zone

    Abstract: Major Function Oriented Zone (MFOZ), an attempt and exploration aimed at ecological civilization during China’s industrial civilization period which is divided into two stages, the stage of MFOZ planning and the stage of the national strategy and basic institution before and after the 18th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress, and the main characteristics of both stages are analyzed. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the strategic thinking of the MFOZ has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, the strategic pattern of the MFOZ has been basically formed, the development of the categorized MFOZ has achieved remarkable progress, and the MFOZ mechanism has been initially established. It is proposed that the MFOZ will continue to play a greater strategic and fundamental role in the Chinese-style modernization. As a major strategy, plan and institutional arrangement for implementing the leadership of the Communist Party of China, giving full play to the advantages of the socialist system, and realizing modern spatial governance from top to bottom, the MFOZ should further strengthen the development and protection orientation towards land space, which is people-centered, with high-quality development as the primary task, and new development pattern as the strategic basis, MFOZ should expand new functions that meet the people’s aspirations for a better life and the national security needs, and rely on a sound spatial governance system to establish more precise MFOZ development guidelines and supporting policies.

  • Regime of national park group based on protected area system in Tibetan Plateau

    Abstract: China’s national park reform has entered a new stage of promoting reform based on the protected area system. The national park team of the second comprehensive scientific investigation and research on the Tibetan Plateau (TP) took the lead in putting forward the construction plan of the TP protected area, which is dominated by national park in area and function. The TP national park group, including “small group” which refer to national park, and “large group” which refer to different protected areas, innovates the long-term mechanism for the construction of national ecological security barriers on TP. The national park group requires the overall management of the group. Nevertheless, there are still problems on TP, not only within a single national park, but also among national parks and between national park and other protected areas. In line with the new requirements of the reform of the national park, and focusing on the problems of TP protected area system, it is needed to accelerate the establishment of a trans provincial management system led by the central government of the TP national park group, and improve the relevant supporting systems at the same time, such as the establishment of national park and the guarantee of financial funds. It is also necessary to coordinate the multiple objectives of ecological protection and driving the synchronous modernization of local herdsmen. The vast number of herdsmen should participate the management and operation and become the continuous beneficiaries and active supporters of the national park group.

  • Trend of Regional Integration and China’s Medium and Long-term Strategies

    Abstract: Regional integration is entering a new stage, and the connotation, focus, and role have undergone important changes. This article discusses the new trends of regional integration and the medium and long-term strategies of China on the basis of analyzing the causes of repeated twists and turns in international regional integration. It is proposed that the change of the integration center and the unreasonable cost-benefit allocation mechanism have led to the ups and downs of international regional integration led by developed countries. The basic contradiction between socialized large-scale production and private ownership of means of production determines the integration cost-benefit allocation problem; the international regional integration led by developed countries will continue to encounter setbacks. Public ownership of the means of production has laid the institutional foundation for solving the problem of costbenefit allocation; international regional integration with imports as the important feature of developing countries is conducive to reduce the cost of integration and integrate the interests of capital owners and laborers, so that the international regional integration promoted by the developing countries is expected to become a new model of sustainable integration. International and domestic integration that promotes each other will help the acceleration of this process. China should seize the opportunity and take the initiative to act, and optimize the regional pattern, reshape regional relations, enhance the overall competitiveness, build the key domestic integration areas into a complex of China’s major productive forces, and integrate China-led international integration regionalization growth pole for China’s further development in the world.

  • Small Signal Stability Analysis of Equipment in Renewable Energy Power System (Part I): Mechanism Model and Adaptation of Stability Criterion

    Abstract:

    Many methods and criteria of stability assessment have been proposed due to the complex dynamics of renewable power system. The physical implications of these methods/criteria and their scopes of adaptation are different. It is difficult to theoretically answer that, for certain stability issue, which stability criterion is suitable and whether the corresponding physical interpretation is reasonable. This paper was divided into two parts. The methods for assessing the adaptation of stability criteria were put forward, and the question whether the corresponding physical interpretations were reasonable were answered in part I. While the adaptation of each stability criterion was analyzed by applying the method and the physical interpretation of each stability problem was derived in part II. In part I, the derivation process of the existing stability criteria and their underlying physical significance were reviewed at first. Secondly, the selection principles of stability criteria were proposed from 3 aspects, namely stability equivalence, nominal performance and robust stability. And the quantitative index named loop gain sensitivity was proposed. Finally, the adaptation of several impedance criteria of grid-connected converters were analyzed.?It was shown that the nominal performance and robustness of these impedance criteria were not equivalent in frequency domain modal analysis. The adaptation of other typical stability criteria and the corresponding physical interpretation were analyzed in part II.

  • 基于ARM架构的嵌入式系统在自动气象监测系统的应用:以NVST气象站为例

    Abstract: 自动气象监测系统是现代天文观测台站必备的辅助系统之一,传统自动气象系统是基于微控制器或PC开发的。微控制器多用于工业控制,无法满足多任务和批量数据的快速处理;PC由于高功耗、高成本及低可移动性无法在野外如选择台址时使用。为了克服上述两种开发方式的缺点,本文采用基于ARM架构的嵌入式系统为抚仙湖NVST开发一套低功耗、低成本、高稳定性的自动气象监测系统。本文介绍了NVST气象站的整体设计,软硬件功能以及调试中遇到的问题及解决方法。

  • 基于小波变换去噪的相关功耗分析攻击研究与实现

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of power analysis attack and reduce the influence of noise, this paper studied the influence of wavelet transform denoising on power attack and the correlation coefficient between Correlation Power Analysis and attack effect. For the purpose of denoiseing the power consumption curve variable, this paper used wavelet method and the wavelet modulus maximum method. The method included the Kalman filter method, the wavelet modulus maximum method and the translation invariant wavelet method. Then the denoised original data are respectively subjected to CPA. Simulation experiments show that compared with the original data, the improved CPA correlation coefficient using the translation invariant wavelet method is 165% higher than using original CPA analysis, 31.4% higher than the Kalman filter method, 26.4% high than the wavelet modulus maximum method. Also the power curve required for successful attack is reduced by 92%. The experimental results show that the improved power analysis using the translation invariant wavelet method has the best effect.

  • 饲喂3种锌源对湘东黑山羊生长性能及羊奶的成分、氨基酸和脂肪酸含量的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究不同锌源(硫酸锌、蛋氨酸螯合锌和甘氨酸螯合锌)对湘东黑山羊生长性能及羊奶的成分、氨基酸和脂肪酸含量的影响。选取体重(38.1±9.7) kg、胎次相近的21只怀双羔妊娠湘东黑山羊(妊娠日龄在90~100 d),随机分为3组,即硫酸锌组(对照组)、蛋氨酸螯合锌组和甘氨酸螯合锌组。各组基础饲粮组成相同(锌含量22.00 mg/kg DM),并且各组锌添加量均为60 mg/kg DM。预试期为7 d,正试期为42 d。正试期3组母羊分别饲喂不同锌源饲粮,产后母羊饲喂无添加锌源的饲粮,母羊产后15 d采集奶样。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,蛋氨酸螯合锌组和甘氨酸螯合锌组母羊总增重和平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05);2)与对照组相比,蛋氨酸螯合锌组和甘氨酸螯合锌组羊奶体细胞数量、乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳糖、尿素氮、去脂干物质含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但蛋氨酸螯合锌组羊奶总干物质含量显著提高(P<0.05);3)与对照组相比,蛋氨酸螯合锌组和甘氨酸螯合锌组羊奶氨基酸含量差异不显著(P>0.05);4)与对照组相比,蛋氨酸螯合锌组羊奶正己酸、辛酸、月桂酸、十三酸、γ-亚麻酸含量显著提高(P<0.05),甘氨酸螯合锌组羊奶木蜡酸、顺-11-二十烯酸、γ-亚麻酸含量显著提高(P<0.05)。综上,蛋氨酸螯合锌可增加羊奶中的总干物质含量,甘氨酸螯合锌可降低羊奶中单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸含量且都可提高妊娠母羊总增重和平均日增重,说明补饲蛋氨酸螯合锌和甘氨酸螯合锌均可提高妊娠母羊的生长性能并改变羊奶品质。

  • 饲粮2-羟基-4-(甲硫基)丁酸异丙酯添加水平对山羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标和激素水平的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮2-羟基-4-(甲硫基)丁酸异丙酯(HMBi)添加水平对山羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标和激素水平的影响,以确定山羊饲粮中HMBi的最佳添加水平。选择36只2.5月龄左右、平均体重为(13.33±1.71) kg的山羊,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复3只(公阉羊1只,母羊2只),各组山羊分别饲喂HMBi添加水平为0(对照组)、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%(干物质基础)的试验饲粮。预试期10 d,正试期40 d。结果显示:1)0.10%组山羊的平均日增重最高,为158.89 g/d,料重比最低,为4.82,经济效益最佳,且其平均日增重和毛收益均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其余各组的平均日增重分别为:0.20%组,141.11 g/d;0.05%组,140.56 g/d;对照组,119.44 g/d。2)干物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和消化能表观消化率各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。0.10%组的粗蛋白质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)试验第1天,各组山羊血清尿素氮(UN)、葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、总氨基酸(TAA)含量及生长激素(GH)与类胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)水平均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验第31天,0.20%组山羊血清TG含量显著高于其他3组(P0.05)。由此说明,饲粮中添加HMBi有利于提高山羊对蛋白质的消化利用,促进山羊生长,且添加水平为0.10%(干物质基础)时经济效益最佳。

  • 压缩感知和相似性约束的图像超分辨率重构算法

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor quality and contrived details in super-resolution reconstruction by external learning, this paper proposes a single image super-resolution based on compressed sensing and similarity constraint. Firstly, a classified dictionary based on measurement domain is proposed by using the linear relationship between the measurement domain and the frequency domain in compressed sensing, which improves the representation of dictionaries, then, the non-local similarity is used in the reconstruction process, the sparsity under the feature dictionary and similar block information are combined as priori information to regularize super-resolution reconstruction, and finally the high resolution image is recovered. Experimental results show that the reconstructed image has rich details and defined edges, and the subjective quality is good.

    Abstract:建设第三极国家公园群是我国西藏自治区落实主体功能区大战略、走绿色发展之路的科学抉择。通过对西藏发展新动能转换、中央对西藏的发展定位以及人类消费需求增长趋势的分析,阐释了第三极国家公园群建设符合西藏可持续发展规律的基本认识。提出了把保护传承和改善优化自然与人文生态系统放在国家公园群建设的优先地位、作为国家主导的西藏富民兴藏和造福全人类的重要抓手,以及必须坚持科学研究、科学规划、科学管理的科学发展模式。借鉴国内外国家公园的建设经验和研究选题,形成了西藏国家公园群建设的研究框架,确定了以第三极国家公园群建设规划方案为核心,规划前向开展第三极国家公园群自然资源和人文遗产价值、旅游环境容量和山水林田湖系统提升潜力的基础研究,规划后向开展第三极国家公园群资源监测技术与运营管理信息平台开发,为把第三极国家公园群建成全球最具影响力和吸引力的国家公园群提供系统的科技支撑。

  • 反向蒙特卡罗方法在卫星辐射分析中的研究与应用

    Abstract: The Reverse Monte Carlo (RMC) method is a powerful biasing technique available in Geant 4, also known as the Adjoint Monte Carlo method. In this method, particles are generated on the external boundary of the sensitive part of the geometry and then tracked backward in the geometry till they reach the external source surface, or exceed an energy threshold. By this way the computing time is focused only on particle tracks that are contributing to the tallies. The RMC method is much rapider than the Forward Monte Carlo (FMC) method when the sensitive part of the geometry is smaller compared to the rest of the geometry as well as the external source. Compared with the FMC method, accuracy of the RMC method applied to the radiation dose of the satellite is verified. Comparisons of RMC with the SHIELDOSE2, SSAT show that RMC is the preferred method of high-precision satellite radiation dose.
