  • Parallel Corpus Sentence Alignment Scoring for Low-Resource Language Machine Translation

    Abstract: Objective This paper aims to quantify the sentence alignment scores of low-resource parallel corpora to obtain high-quality parallel corpora, improving machine translation performance. Methods We propose NeuroAlign, a neural network-based unsupervised sentence embedding method for scoring bilingual parallel sentence alignment. Parallel sentence pairs are embedded into the same vector space, and alignment scores for given candidate sentence pairs in the parallel corpus are calculated. Based on these scores, low-scoring sentence pairs are filtered out, resulting in high-quality bilingual parallel corpora for low-resource languages. Results In the BUCC2018 parallel text mining task, the F1 score can be improved by 0.5-0.8. In the CCMT2021 low-resource language neural machine translation task, the BLEU score can be improved by 0.1-10.9. The sentence alignment scores can approach human evaluation. Limitations Due to the scarcity of low-resource bilingual parallel corpora, research has not been conducted on language pairs other than Tibetan-Chinese, Uyghur-Chinese, and Mongolian-Chinese. Conclusions This method can be effectively applied to sentence alignment scoring for low-resource language machine translation parallel corpora, improving the quality of the data source, and thereby enhancing machine translation performance.

  • Study on the Influence of Neutron Irradiation on High-power Thyristor Device in Fusion Environment

    Abstract: Due to its good economy and applicability, high-power thyristor device is widely used in power supply systems of large fusion devices. The high-dose neutrons produced by Deuterium-Tritium (D-T) fusion reactions will irradiate the thyristor for a long time, which will lead to the change of the electrical characteristics of the thyristor, and may eventually cause irreversible damage. In this paper, the thyristor switch of the commutation circuit in Quench Protection System (QPS) of fusion device is regard as the study object. The relationship between the internal physical structure and the external electrical parameters of irradiated thyristor is established. Then, a series of targeted thyristor physical simulations and neutron irradiation experiments are carried out to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. In addition, the effect of irradiated thyristor electrical characteristic changes on the whole QPS is studied by accurate simulation, which provides valuable guidance for the maintenance and renovation of QPS.

  • 新型抗弯扭钻杆接头螺纹力学性能及仿真分析

    Abstract: Due to the poor torsion resistance of APl thread , the service life of joint thread will be lower thanits design life. In this paper , taking APl NC50 drill pipe joint thread as an example , the anti-torsion per-formance of APl thread was enhanced by changing the structure of APl thread step surface. Firstly , thematerial performance parameters of 35CrMo were obtained by universal material testing machine , and theconstitutive model of thread material was established.'Then , based on the material constitutive model , thefinite element analysis model of drill pipe joint thread was established , and the accuracy of the analysismodel was verified. Finally , the stress field of drill pipe joint thread under make-up load , make-up + com-pression load and make-up + compression + bending load were analyzed. The results show that the trape-zoidal step surface structure can effectively improve the torque distribution of the joint thread and reducethe torque value of the thread by 50% ; under the condition of make-up + compression load , the overallvariation trend of the maximum stress on the thread continuously decreases with the increase of the compression load , and the maximum stress on the thread tooth of the trapezoidal step surface is lower than thatof the API thread structure ; when the bending load is increased , the maximum stress on the thread tooth ofthe trapezoidal step surface is lower than that of the APl thread structure After that , the thread tooth stressof drill pipe female joint increases with the increase of dogleg degree, but it does not exceed the maximumyield limit of the material, and the thread tooth stress of trapezoidal step surface is also lower than that ofAPI thread.

  • 云南三种特色柑橘属果皮精油成分及活性研究

    Abstract: In order to investigate and analyze constituents of essential oil from peel and its antitumor activity of Citrus maxima cv. Mansailong from Xishuangbanna,C. sinensis from Yuanjiang, and C. aurantiifolia from Dehong in Yunnan. This study uese the essential oil of peel of C. maxima cv. Mansailong from Xishuangbanna,C. sinensis from Yuanjiang, and C. aurantiifolia from Dehong were extracted by steam distillation , qualitative and quantitative component analysis was carried out by GC-MS, and the inhibition of tumor proliferation by pericarp essential oil was studied by MTT method. The results were as follows:the extraction rate of essential oil from C. aurantiifolia was the highest, followed by that from C. sinensis, and the lowest from C. maxima cv. Mansailong. 24, 11 and 13 components were identified from the essential oil of C. maxima cv. Mansailong from Xishuangbanna,C. sinensis from Yuanjiang, and C. aurantiifolia from Dehong peel, respectively. Lauropene and terpene were the common components of the three essential oils. Myrcene and terpene were found in all three essential oil components. Both C. maxima cv. Mansailong and C. sinensis essential oil contain active monomers compounds in β-pinene and 3,7,6-dimethyl-1diene-3-alcohol, limonene, α-pine oil,and important spices ethanoic acid dimethyl ester and dihydrogen jasmone acid methyl ester, C. maxima cv. Mansailong essential oil contains limonene up to 72.097%,Citral is the active ingredient in C. aurantiifolia from Dehong Essential Oil. Three essential oils showed certain anti-tumor activity against MKN-45 cell line of gastric cancer, MCF-7 cell line of human breast cancer and HCT-116 cell line of colorectal cancer in a dose-dependent manner.

  • 基于高通量测序的鄱阳湖典型湿地土壤细菌群落特征分析

    Abstract:采用高通量测序技术分析了鄱阳湖典型湿地土壤细菌群落特征。测序结果表明,不同植被土壤细菌群落丰度与多样性的排序相同:苔草带 > 苔草-虉草带 > 芦苇带 > 泥滩带 > 藜蒿带。沿湖面至坡地,空间位置相近的土壤细菌群落结构具有更大的相似性,苔草-虉草带、苔草带和芦苇带的细菌群落结构相近,泥滩带和藜蒿带的细菌群落结构差异较大。变形菌门(30.0%)是湿地土壤平均相对丰度最高的门,其次为酸杆菌门(16.7%)和绿弯菌门(16.5%);多数门分类细菌相对丰度沿湖面至坡地存在一定变化趋势。硝化螺菌属是第一大属分类水平细菌群落。在土壤化学指标中,与鄱阳湖湿地细菌群落相关性较大的是总磷、铵态氮和有机质含量。以上研究结果表明,鄱阳湖湿地不同植被土壤细菌群落具有结构性差异,但沿湖面至坡地存在规律性变化。
