Abstract: Gene editing technology has been one of the breakthrough technologies for life science research. With the application in biomedical research, healthcare, food and agriculture field, related ethical issues are also concerned. This study summarized the research and application progress of gene editing technology involving ethical issues in recent years. Based on sorting out the international discussions, attitudes, and explorations about gene editing ethics issues, after analyzing the current status, discussions, and measures of applications of gene editing technology on human beings in China, we propose five suggestions about the ethical governance system construction of gene editing technology for China.

Abstract: Life is an open information system that is self-replicating, adaptive, and self-organizing. The collection, processing, storage, integration, and analysis of biological information based on modern information technology (IT) propel life science research into the Fourth Paradigm of “Data-Intensive Scientific Discovery”, which definitely will make biotechnology (BT) toward a quantitative, computable, controllable, and predictable direction. Meanwhile, from the expression and regulation of genes to the information exchange and processing of neurons, information processing in organisms has infinitely inspired the development of information technology. From this perspective, the convergent development approach of BT and IT has its own essences in discipline connotation, laws of engineering development, demands of our time and society, and has brought about the ever-changing research paradigm, the ever-increasing innovation and breakthrough, and the increasingly extensive application scenarios. So in this way, it is of great significance to seize the commanding heights of both technology and industry competition.

Abstract:目的:构建适用于干细胞专利价值评估的指标模型,并对现实场景中除指标内容外影响干细胞专利转移转化的因素进行分析。方法:基于中国技术交易所《专利价值分析指标体系》构建适用于干细胞的专利价值评估体系,采用层次分析法确定权重,通过案例分析验证指标模型的可操作性。结果:基于干细胞的技术特点与指标可操作性构建了适用于干细胞专利价值评估的指标体系,包括技术价值度、市场价值度和法律价值度3个一级指标,技术先进性、技术成熟度、技术成本等9个二级指标,其中,技术先进性、技术成熟度、政策适应性以及市场需求是对干细胞专利价值评估影响力最大的指标。其他因素的分析中,技术核心优势是影响干细胞专利转移转化的关键,此外,技术可行性、质量控制与远期收益均对干细胞技术的成功转移转化有着重要的影响。结论:本文建立的专利价值评估模型与因素分析可用于干细胞领域的专利价值评估,有助于推动专利技术的有效开发和产业化。

Abstract:目的:从产品开发角度分析PD-1/PD-L1单抗的发展现状和未来趋势。方法:检索科睿唯安(Clarivate Analytics)的Cortellis数据库的数据,利用定量分析法和对比分析法对检索结果进行分析。结果:目前已有5种PD-1/PD-L1单抗上市,4种PD-1/PD-L1单抗处于预注册及6种处于临床Ⅲ期,未来市场上的PD-1/PD-L1单抗将呈现快速增长趋势。此外,PD-1/PD-L1单抗的商业交易也越来越多,目前共发生包括药物开发及商业化许可、专利资产出售以及早期药物研发合作等10余起交易,其中药物开发及商业化许可是最主要的交易模式。结论:虽然PD-1/PD-L1单抗市场尚处于起步阶段,但随着未来技术的不断发展改进,相信未来有更多的PD-1/PD-L1单抗上市,为癌症及其他疾病的治疗提供新的契机。

Abstract:目的:从产品开发角度分析免疫细胞治疗类药物的发展现状和未来趋势。方法:检索科睿唯安(Clarivate Analytics)的Cortellis数据库的数据,利用定量分析法和对比分析法对检索结果进行分析。结果:目前已有2种免疫细胞治疗类药物上市,1种免疫细胞治疗类药物处于预注册阶段,4种药物处于临床III期,同时大量处于临床II/I期药物显示未来市场上将有更多免疫细胞治疗类药物。产品交易方面,目前在免疫细胞治疗类药物的商业交易也趋向频繁。目前已发生的交易中,本文列举分析了交易金额前十的交易,其中药物开发及商业化许可是最主要的交易模式。结论:目前免疫细胞治疗类药物市场尚处于起步阶段,但随着未来技术的不断发展改进,相信未来有更多的药物进入商用市场,为癌症及其他疾病的治疗提供新的契机。
