Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper explored the causes and results of social media fatigue and analyzed the interaction between the elements, aiming to expand the theoretical research scope of user information behavior, and provide guidance for enterprises to understand the development trend of user social media fatigue.[Method/process] Based on the information ecology theory, the paper extracted the social media user portrait labels from the four dimensions of information ecology, including information person, information, information environment and information technology. Then the paper extracted the user portrait emotional and behavioral labels from the user's psychological and behavioral performance, and constructed the social media fatigue user portrait model.[Result/conclusion] Through the typical social phenomena of negative use and emotional change of social media users, the integration analysis and relationship conciseness of user portrait labels prove that the model of user portrait of social media fatigue in this study is consistent with the S-S-O theoretical framework, and theoretical expansion and application research are carried out according to the actual situation.

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2023-07-26 Cooperative journals: 《图书情报工作》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Studying the incentive factors of users' knowledge innovation behavior in virtual communities will help us to understand the motivation of it, and provide suggestions for promoting knowledge exchange and knowledge innovation in virtual communities.[Method/process] Starting from the dual situation of "endogenous motivation" and "exogenous motivation", the theoretical model of planned behavior is revised by integrating the theory of planned behavior, motivation theory and virtual community perception factors. Data are collected through questionnaire survey, and empirical tests are carried out with Smart PLS 2.0 and SPSS 22.0.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the sense of membership, influence and knowledge self-efficacy of virtual community have positive effects on the willingness to innovate knowledge for self-interest; subjective norms and group norms are positively correlated with the willingness to innovate knowledge for altruism; interactive environment of virtual community has positive effects on the willingness to innovate knowledge for altruism and on the innovation of knowledge sources and new ideas of new problems. The "self-interest" knowledge innovation will and the "altruistic" knowledge innovation will have a positive impact on knowledge source innovation and the development of new issues and ideas, and "self-interest" knowledge innovation will have a stronger impact than "altruistic" knowledge innovation will.
