Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By analyzing the situation, characteristics and deficiencies of academic library space service in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center, this paper summed up strategies for space service.[Method/process] This paper conducted deep and meticulous analysis in terms of space types, facilities, appointment and transformation through the field studies and questionnaire survey. And this paper summarizes the space service framework from four dimensions:space resource, infrastructure resource, human resource and service evaluation.[Result/conclusion] Academic libraries can promote space service by making scientific development plan, building diversified space, using information technology and developing an evaluation system.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The open access of university libraries in foreign countries, especially in developed countries, has developed rapidly. Although the open access of Canadian university libraries started slightly late, the development has achieved good results so far, and domestic research on Canadian university library open access is less. There are many lessons for domestic libraries to promote the open access process.[Method/process] The current situation of open access in 30 university libraries in Canada was investigated by using network survey methods and literature analysis methods, and their development status was analyzed in order to obtain reference for the development of open access in Chinese universities.[Result/conclusion] From the status quo of the open access of Canadian university libraries, we can draw inspiration for our country:improve and implement the open access policy, promote the digital transformation of university academic journals in China, increase the construction and opening of the university institution's knowledge base, establish partnerships, and hold open access promotion week to popularize concept.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Development of the organizational management mode of library consortium in China is not mature. Lack of standardized regulation and fixed administrative staff leads to low operating efficiency of the organization and makes it difficult to achieve target. In contrast, earlier development of foreign library consortium results in a more mature and fixed mode, and its excellent organizational management experience is helpful for reference.[Method/process] In this study, 100 foreign library consortium all over the continents were selected as the investigation object and their organizational management mode were explored by employing literature survey, online survey, inductive method and comparative approach.[Result/conclusion] After analysis and induce the settings of management structure, administration authority and discussion mechanism of each management mode, four main characteristics about the organizational management mode of foreign library consortium are revealed: the organizational management policy is complete; the alliance members have a high degree of participation; the administrative departments have well defined power and responsibility; efficient in managing and operating the consortium. Consequently, the suggestions are put forward that regime is the guarantee to standardize library consortium management; high participation is the key to cooperative management in library consortium, and clarified responsibility is the main point in refined management and a steady management team is the premise of effective management in library consortium.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By comparing with the relevant contents of public library law in Japan and South Korea, this paper provides reference for the development and improvement of public library law in China.[Method/process] The status for the development of the public library law in the three countries of China, Japan, and Korea will be introduced firstly. And then the similarities and differences of service content, the legislation, legal system, management system, and librarian setup in the three countries' public library law will be compared and analyzed.[Result/conclusion] So as to promote the further development of the library business, three suggestions for the development of library law in China are proposed:improving the legal system of public libraries; defining the entry thresholds for librarians; formulating quantitative standards for funding.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Comparing the funds management models of Chinese and foreign library consortia, which can reflect the strengths and weaknesses of the funds management modes of library consortia in China. [Method/process] This paper analyzed and compared library consortia between China and foreign countries from the aspects of strategic management, management organization, reporting system, standardization of use, priority funding, and funds management personnel. Strategic management start with clear strategic goals and tactics; the management organization discussed from the management committee, finance committee, audit committee, etc.; the reporting system discussed from the annual report, audit report, budget report, etc.; the standardization of funds use discussed from the basis and process; the expansion of the funds strategy from the priority development items; The management personnel system discussed from the aspects of financial officer, auditor and coordinator. [Result/conclusion] By comparing and summarizing the similarities and differences of the funds management of Chinese and foreign library consortia, we can draw inspiration from them.

Abstract：本文以单级蜗壳式离心泵为研究对象，基于BANS进行了全流场的非定常数值计算，探讨了叶轮的非定常流动特征，重点分析了叶轮出口沿轴向变化的圆周面流域内各节点的压力分布特性。结果表明:在叶片压力面及叶片后缘尾迹区发生了剧烈的湍流脉动现象;不同工况下叶轮出口圆周方向的压力系数马均在隔舌附近产生极值;额定工况Q/QN =1时，叶轮出口圆周方向的压力系数马呈稳定周期性分布，随着工况的改变，压力系数马沿蜗壳周向分布不均匀性增加;小流量工况下叶轮流域内发生了明显的流动分离现象，流道内产生了较大尺度的分离涡，破坏了叶轮出口圆周方向压力系数马的周期性分布特性;叶轮出口圆周压力系数马沿中截面两侧的流域内几乎对称分布;在Q/QN=0.2小流量工况下，压力脉动频谱图低频段内出现了较多复杂的激励信号，认为这与流域内的分离涡结构具有一定关联。

Abstract：离心泵内部由叶轮一隔舌动静干涉作用诱发的压力脉动是激励离心泵振动噪声的重要因素，对泵的稳定、安全运行有重要影响。为了全面获得离心泵压力脉动特性，本文采用试验手段对一台低比转速离心泵进行压力脉动试验，在蜗壳周向均布20个高频压力脉动传感器对压力信号进行提取。结果表明:离心泵压力频谱呈现典型的离散特征，峰值信号出现在叶频及其高次谐波处，压力频谱中没有出现明显的轴频及其和叶频非线性干涉诱发的峰值信号。不同测量点处压力脉动幅值差异显著，在设计点及大流量工况，叶频处压力脉动幅值极大值点出现在隔舌后端区域范围内，而在隔舌前部区域内，压力脉动幅值较小;且随着角度的增加，叶频处压力脉动幅值呈现递减的趋势，而在小流量工况叶频处压力脉动幅值并没有出现在隔舌后端区域内。流量对叶频处压力脉动幅值影响显著，压力脉动幅值极小值点出现在0.9岛附近，而在偏离该工况时，压力脉动幅值迅速上升。
