Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper explores the meaning, influencing factors and assessment methods of the adequacy of Internet behavior data,in order to provide reference for related research and promote the scientific use of such data. [Method/process] This paper firstly uses the literature method to sort out the core influencing factors of the adequacy of Internet behavior data, and then based on this, uses the existing results in the field of information material evaluation and social survey data evaluation to explore how to evaluate the adequacy of Internet behavior data. [Result/conclusion] Finally, the evaluation framework and method of Internet behavior data are proposed, and the usability of the proposed method has been verified by research cases.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The dilemma of information fog in the era of big data is a major challenge to national security and development in the new era. How to effectively deal with disinformation is one of important research topics to break through the information fog. In order to effectively play the role of information in supporting national development strategic decision-making, combing practical experience and theoretical methods to explore countermeasures for the establishment of information-work infrastructure to deal with disinformation is an effective breakthrough point to enhance the ability of the information system.[Method/process] Starting from the background of the current "information epidemic", this paper clarified the basic understanding of disinformation in the dilemma of information fog, introduced ecological concepts on the basis of summarizing existing research and case analysis of the United States and the European Union to deal with disinformation, and built an information-work model to deal with disinformation. Finally, it put forward solutions of the establishment of information-work infrastructure to deal with disinformation from the perspective of subject elements and environment elements of information ecology.[Result/conclusion] This paper believes that it needs to strengthen the collaboration among different entities of information governance to deal with disinformation, improve the training level of information talents and the information literacy by the parallel of specialized information education and universal education, optimize the information governance system, develop professional technical tools, improve management and evaluation mechanisms, and finally form an information foundation for effectively dealing with disinformation.

Abstract：
Uncertainty is the main problem faced by information work, and the studies of information deal with uncertainty are the basic topics of information theory and practice. This article elaborated on several basic issues in information cognition that must be solved in the study of information theo ry aimed at uncertainty, including: basic concepts of information, scenarios of information tasks, requirements of in formation assessment, methods of information analysis, theory research on information, capabilities of information system and disciplinary construction of information science. It is proposed that the normative approach for information workers to conduct research and analysis on uncertainties should be not to be restricted by ti tles ,to take account of both security and development, to be based on resources ordering, to emphasize awareness and description, to highlight clue discovery, and to strengthen system capabilities.
