Research on the Factors Affecting User Satisfaction of enhanced publications

Abstract： Purposes By discussing the influencing factors of academic journals’ enhanced publishing user satisfaction, we will study how to improve users’ satisfaction with enhanced publishing, so as to improve the academic community’s recognition of enhanced publishing, and promote the further development of enhanced publishing in the direction of enrichment of content, rationalization of form, and higher practical value. 
Methods Taking CNKI’s enhanced publishing as an example, the original data was collected through interviews, and grounded theory was used for coding to extract the influencing factors of academic journals’ enhanced publishing user satisfaction. On this basis, the DEMATEL model is used to construct the relationship matrix of the influencing factors of user satisfaction, and the key influencing factors are determined.
Findings The factors that affect the user satisfaction of academic journals are concentrated on the content layer, functional layer and interactive application layer. The key factors include: enhancing the platform’s functional support of publishing services, enhancing the content of publications, and enhancing the presentation and use mechanism of publications, etc.
Conclusions  Based on the knowledge application process of knowledge processing, knowledge acquisition and knowledge reproduction,enhanced publishing service can be optimized and improved through content media fusion, open search and association, and large language model empowerment.
