  • Advancements in Cryogenic Purification System for Gas Cell

    Abstract: Multinucleon transfer reactions involving heavy actinide projectile and target nuclei hold significant potential as a groundbreaking method to synthesize
    neutron-rich superheavy nuclei. The construction of a Principled Spectrometer for Neutron-rich Superheavy Nucleus Research is highly desirable to establish the technical, methodological, and device foundation to explore the stability island in superheavy nuclei and to study the mechanism of multinucleon transfer reactions. The gas cell of the Principled Spectrometer requires a continuous supply of high-purity helium gas to stop the energetic radioactive reaction products and to extract the energy-reduced ions to the subsequent experimental setup. The paper focuses on a newly developed cryogenic purification system for the gas cell of the spectrometer. This cryogenic purification system is designed to provide recyclable and high-purity helium for the Principled Spectrometer. With a series of tests, the cryogenic purification system has been proven to be able to purify the 99% helium gas to 99.999% or higher, fulfilling the requirements of the gas cell when used in conjunction with the chemical purification system.

  • A Survey on Research of Rule-Based Knowledge Graph Reasoning

    Abstract: With its excellent expressive power and explicit presentation, Knowledge Graph(KG) has become one of the main forms of knowledge representation and management. However, due to biases in the cognitive and construction processes, their are varying degrees of missing and incorrect problems in KGs. Hence, Knowledge Graph Reasoning(KGR) is needed for completion and denoising of KGs. Rule-based KGR methods reason by mining the underlying logic rules, which empowers them strong generalization ability and interpretability. Rules can also be flexibly combined with Neural Networks. Currently, rule-based knowledge graph reasoning methods are constantly emerging, but there is still a lack of systematic categorization and analysis. This study collects the research works related to rule-based knowledge graph reasoning, summarizes four categories of methods, including Inductive Logic Programming based methods, methods combining rules with probability graph,methods combining rules with embedding representation, methods combining rules with Neural Networks. Core ideas, key technologies, advantages and disadvantages of relevant classical methods are then elaborated. Besides, performance of the methods are compared. Finally, current problems and challenges are summarized, and the future development direction is prospected.

  • Ensuring National Food Security by Strengthening High-productivity Black Soil Granary in Northeast China

    Abstract: Food security is an important guarantee of national security. The northeast black soil region is an important commodity grain production base in China, which plays a fundamental role in ensuring national food security. However, the highly intensive, unreasonable or excessive use of cultivated land in this region has caused serious black soil degradation. Therefore, how to make the Black Soil Granary to provide efficient and sustainable guarantee for national food security is a scientific problem requiring urgent solutions. This paper systematically illuminates the agricultural development of high-productivity black soils since the reform and opening-up. On this basis, the paper systematically summarizes the problems facing the sustainable development of grain production in the black soil region. Furthermore, to meet the requirements of the central government for agricultural production in Northeast China, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to coordinate food security and ecological security and to enhance the sustainable development of grain production, intending to provide reference for the sustainable agricultural development in the northeast black soil region, and offer scientific guidance for the strategic planning of national food industry strategy, agricultural policy making, and strengthening of national food security.

  • 基于系列斑点图像的视宁度估算精度方法研究

    Abstract:半高宽法和像运动法是估算大气视宁度的常用方法。这两种方法的估算精度都会受到望远镜跟踪误差,风或机械振动等因素的影响。提高视宁度估算精度在高分辨成像、选址、台站视宁度监测等领域有重要意义。对于半高宽法,用二维高斯函数拟合长曝光点源单星星像并选取合适方向的半高宽估算视宁度,与谱比法对照发现可以有效改善跟踪误差,风或机械振动等因素的影响。对于像运动法,用主成分分析方法找到一系列斑点图重心位置在合适方向上投影的方差,以此估算视宁度,与谱比法对照发现可以有效改善跟踪误差,风或机械振动等因素的影响。

  • 面向不平衡分类的IDP-SMOTE重采样算法

    Abstract: When classifying imbalanced data, traditional classification algorithms are easy to misclassify the minority samples. In order to improve the classification accuracy of the minority samples, this paper proposed a novel resampling algorithm based on the improved density peaks clustering method, named IDP-SMOTE. First, improved density peaks clustering algorithm by utilizing Box-Cox transformation and #1;-rule for finding the clustering centers and outliers automatically; second, combined the improved density peaks clustering algorithm with SMOTE method. With removing the noisy data, the synthetic samples can be generated in the sub-class regions on the basis of the values of local density and nearest distance of the minority samples. The presented algorithm avoids the boundary ambiguity caused by over-sampling, improves the imbalance problem with-in class and reduces the learning difficulty of the boundary data. Meanwhile, it realizes automatic clustering and resampling, and avoids the interference of subjective factors. Through the contrast experiment, the proposed algorithm is effective and adaptive.

  • 非等晕效应对NVST高分辨重建结果的影响

    Abstract:根据抚仙湖 1 m 新真空太阳望远镜高分辨率重建算法,从理论上分析了非等晕效应对斑点干涉术和斑点掩模法的影响。使用实测光球数据以不同子块大小分别进行高分辨数据重建,通过对不同子块大小情况下重建图像的功率谱、相位的比较,对非等晕效应的影响进行分析。结论表明,当重建区域大小超过等晕区大小时,非等晕效应会限制斑点干涉术和斑点掩模法的有效性,由于算法失效会导致模和相位重建的准确度降低。最后结合图像处理程序的具体情况,对算法的进一步优化提供了建议。
