Abstract: This article summarizes the experience of implementing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing for a patient with acute urticaria. Conduct nursing evaluations, clarify disease symptoms, and implement integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Traditional Chinese medicine provides intervention measures such as acupoint bleeding, ear acupoint pressure pills, acupoint injection, and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, and strengthens diet and emotional regulation. Western medicine provides treatment interventions with anti allergic and antipruritic drugs. Integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine, complementing each other, and leveraging the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques, effectively reducing skin symptoms, relieving itching and discomfort, and improving the quality of sleep for patients.

Abstract:
This paper summarized the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) acupoint injection technique and related nursing management for a patient with chronic eczema and skin lesions. Nursing assessment and health education about injection method and precautions were carried out. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory, acupoint injection technique was adopted to relieve the pruritus symptoms and improve the recovery from skin lesions in patient with chronic eczema.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of MAO sweat treating herpes zoster.Methods: A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster treated in our department from May 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with MAO stain of Traditional Chinese medicine. The pain and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results: After intervention, the pain and curative effect of herpes zoster patients in the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Good sweat can improve the curative effect of herpes zoster.

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology for a patient with pain due to herpes zoster. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing assessment, TCM nursing technology such as collapse stains, cupping, auricular acupoint sticking and pressing were carried out, working collaboratively with antiviral and analgesic therapy, to relieve the pain and other clinical symptoms of herpes zoster.
