Abstract: Traumatic central nervous system injury can cause imbalance in intestinal microenvironmental homeostasis by disrupting intestinal barrier function,while the disturbed intestinal microenvironment can react on the central nervous system and aggravate the secondary injury of it. A large number of studies suggest that intestinal barrier plays an important role in the pathophysiological process of traumatic central nervous system injury and can be an important target for the action of central nervous system injury. This paper reviews the structural and functional changes of intestinal microbial,chemical,mechanical and immune barriers after traumatic central nervous system injury and their bidirectional interaction with central nervous system,summarizes the possible mechanisms leading to the disruption of intestinal barrier,including malnutrition,ischemia-reperfusion injury,inflammatory response and the release of neurotransmitters and hormones,in order to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the development of research on the intestinal microenvironment after traumatic central nervous injury.

Abstract:本试验旨在探讨王不留行黄酮苷和葛根异黄酮对哺乳母猪泌乳性能及血清激素和抗氧化指标的影响。试验采用2×2双因子随机设计,主效应分别为王不留行黄酮苷(0、2 g/kg)、葛根异黄酮(0、2.5 g/kg)及二者互作。选择胎次和预产期相近的经产长白母猪24头,随机分为4个组(对照组、王不留行黄酮苷组、葛根异黄酮组和混合组),每组6头猪。预试期7 d,正试期21 d。结果表明:1)混合组母猪平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各添加组哺乳第2周仔猪平均日增重均有升高的趋势,混合组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各添加组常乳中胰岛素样生长因子#19; = 1 \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT #20;I#21;含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且各组间均差异显著(P<0.05)。2)混合组第1、10、21天血清中生长激素,第21天雌激素和第1、10、21天催乳素含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)各添加组第10、21天血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第1、10、21天血清中丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。混合组第1、10、21天的血清中总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,添加王不留行黄酮苷和葛根异黄酮提高了母猪的泌乳量,血清中催乳素、生长激素含量及总超氧化物歧化酶活性,使母猪泌乳性能、血清激素和抗氧化指标得到提高。

Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮(SI)和黄芪多糖(ASP)对哺乳母猪生产性能、血清生化和免疫指标以及乳成分的影响。采用单因子试验设计,选择体况良好、分娩日龄相近的2胎“长×大”二元杂交健康母猪72头,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复3头母猪。SI和ASP以1︰5比例混匀,对照组饲喂不添加SI和ASP的基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮上添加100、200和300 mg/kg的SI和ASP混合物。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)100、200 mg/kg水平组哺乳母猪的平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加SI和ASP能够改善哺乳母猪的生产性能、血清生化和免疫指标以及乳成分。在本试验条件下,SI和ASP的适宜添加水平为200 mg/kg。
