Abstract: In recent years, the variety show of our country is in a period of rapid development, and all kinds of creative programs are popular. In this era of equality and progress, the status of women is getting more and more attention from people. Mango TV just follows this popular phenomenon and launches its self-made variety show "Sister Who Breaks the Wind and Waves", which mainly invites more than 30 female artists to participate in the competition and finally debuts in the form of a group, winning the attention of the society and the majority of female groups. This paper will analyze the elements of the program's success from the three perspectives of the program's narrative characteristics, narrative framework and narrative discourse.
