Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] The new era shows distinctive knowledge-based features. Enterprise innovation is the cornerstone of high-quality development, this paper aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of human resource management in the new era, analyze hard and soft knowledge and their roles in terms of enterprise’s R&D and management innovation from the perspective of all-around innovation, and build a pagoda structure of enterprise innovators and innovation results. [Method/Process] Concerning the whole process of R&D in the enterprise of “research, design and development, processing and manufacturing”, the innovation potential of front-line employees and their value, role, and contribution were analyzed from the perspective of soft knowledge, and then a knowledge-based human resource management structure was proposed. [Result/Conclusion] This study serves to enhance the knowledge-based level of enterprise innovation, make the foundation of the innovation pagoda structure stronger and more stable, solve and alleviate the front-line paradox, and realize the high-quality development of the last kilometer of enterprise research and development.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the progress of social civilization, social science and research are becoming more and more important. Theoretically and practically, the study of social phenomena and social problems and the development of prosperous social sciences are the eternal themes of human beings. At present, social science research and achievements can hardly meet the needs of social and economic development, especially the problem of unscientific evaluation of social science results, which has aroused great concern from all walks of life, and has generated sickness and doubt in social science, which in turn has affected the development of social science. [Method/process] Based on the knowledge management perspective, this paper rethinks the evaluation of social science achievements in terms of the meaning of social science and the characteristics of social science research. [Result/conclusion] In order to correctly understand social science research and its achievements, a new reflection on the evaluation of social science has been proposed which consists of evaluation principles, evaluation perspectives, evaluation priorities, evaluation systems, and evaluation indexes.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on the evolutionary game analysis of copyright protection, it is helpful to explore whether the original subject of digital content products has tolerance to counterfeiting behavior, and to explore the strategic choice of implementing copyright protection under different counterfeit levels. It has certain guiding significance for regulating the behavior of market participants in digital content products.[Method/process] Firstly, the evolutionary game model was used to analyze the interest evolution process of original subject and counterfeit subject, and to explore the tolerance of original subject to counterfeiting under copyright protection. Then, by refining the profit function model of both sides of the game, the determinants of the tolerance level of the original subject were explored.[Result/conclusion] The original subject has a certain degree tolerance for the lower level of counterfeiting and zero tolerance for the higher level of counterfeiting. The maximum counterfeit level tolerance is determined by four factors:the counterfeit cross profit coefficient, the income model constant coefficient, the product R&D cost coefficient and the product R&D effort multiples.

Abstract：【目的】从文献计量和社会网络分析的角度对社会化推荐进行内容特征及网络演化的研究, 归纳领域研究 热点和发展趋势。【方法】以 WoS 数据库为数据源, 采用人工判读法、关键词共现、文献计量、社会网络分析及 数据可视化等方法对样本数据进行数据挖掘和关联分析。【结果】检索到社会化推荐类文献 3 701 篇, 论文数量 整体呈上升趋势, 以发文量阈值为阶段划分标准, 将社会化推荐的发展演化趋势划分为三个阶段, 各阶段研究 特征明显。【局限】仅以关键词为探究文献内容特征的依据, 内容深度挖掘相对不足, 其中阶段划分是为了分析 研究内容及演化趋势的变化, 并不存在统一的划分标准。【结论】我国学者在该领域的国际影响力逐年上升, 领 域研究内容方面阶段性变化特征明显, 社会化媒介、协同过滤等传统研究方向一直保持较高关注度。
