Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Due to the continuous development of information technology, it is necessary to improve on the traditional teaching methods and learning modes to meet the needs of the new environment. [Method/process] Through the review of classic literature and case analysis, this paper introduced the evolution of knowledge management, the key points of networked learning and open innovation, and how they are implemented in enterprises, universities, and other organizations. [Result/ conclusion] Networked learning connects people and information through the network. The cMOOC embodies the requirements of network learning, and is consistent with the purpose of open innovation. The future education, learning and knowledge management activities need to continuously match the dynamic characteristics of knowledge.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Understanding on generation and function of open knowledge from the perspective of supply side, help to activate open knowledge as important innovation resource. [Method/ process] Through theoretical analysis, the comprehensive definition of open knowledge and the integration framework of open knowledge supply system were brought out, and the components of the framework were explained through typical cases. [Result/conclusion] In the open innovation environment, open knowledge has become an important resource to drive innovation. The open knowledge supply system can be developed from content supply, policy supply, service and platform supply.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Data science is emerging as a new interdisciplinary field which combines many fields. Extracting the corresponding entities knowledge from the announcement information of data science recruitment can not only help to understand the development of data science from a market perspective, but also help to improve the content of data science teaching.[Method/process] Based on the recruitment announcement from the recruitment website, combining with information science data collection, annotation and organization methods, data science corpus was constructed and the corresponding entities from it were extracted.[Result/conclusion] In the existing 11000 annotated data science corpus scale recruitment announcement, based on the Bi-LSTM-CRF, CRF and Bi-LSTM models, this paper compared the extraction performance of data science recruiting entities and finally determined the final data science recruitment entities automatic extraction model, designed the data science recruitment entities automatic extraction platform, and built a data science recruitment entities network.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Abstract can explain concisely the research purposes, research methods and the final part of the statement, which is of high exploration value and significance.[Method/process] In this paper, four short-term memory networks (long short-term memory, support vector machine, LSTM-CRF and CNN-CRF) were selected to summarize the journal articles of 3672 CNKI databases.[Result/conclusion] The long-term memory network model identifies the highest F value of 69.15%, the maximum F value of LSTM-CRF neural network model is 88.76%, and the highest F value of RNN-CRF model is 89.10%. The highest support vector machine classifier classification macro F value is 72.04%. The experimental results have a high reference value for the selection of the experimental model of the functional structure of academic dissertation in the field of library and information science.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Decision-making is inseparable from intelligence. Exploring the participation and intervention of intelligence work in the decision process is meaningful for scientific decisions and avoiding decision failure.[Method/process] Using semi-structured interviews, this paper collects data of 14 decision makers from enterprise and government department and people with experience in intelligence research. Through the application of grounded theory research method and the qualitative analysis software Nvivo 11, this paper also constructs the theoretical model of the influencing factors of intelligence intervention in the prevention of decision failure.[Result/conclusion] The study finds that factors affecting intelligence intervention in the decision process include intelligence attitude, management system, intelligence culture and intelligence factors. Finally, it gives the countermeasures and suggestion from the perspectives of promotion and dissemination, quality of information products and mechanism construction.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Relation prediction is an important task in knowledge graph completion, and plays an important role in improving the completeness of knowledge in knowledge graphs. The paper proposes a new relation prediction method that combines internal structure features and external text features, which aims to predict the missing relations between two entities in knowledge graphs. [Method/process] The method transforms the relation paths in a knowledge graph and the texts that involve entity relationships into matrixes, learns the structure features and text pattern features related to a specific relation type through convolutional neural networks, and then trains a model based on the learned features for relation prediction. [Result/conclusion] The results shows that the performance of our proposed method on evaluation data sets is superior to the state-of-the-art approaches, and the method can effectively improves the performance of knowledge graph relationship prediction. Through practical application, it wvas found that this method has high application value in knowledge services.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Intelligence is an indispensable part of decision.Analyzing the factors affecting intelligence intervention in decision-making mistakes and broadening the scope of research on decision-making error avoidance has practical significance for avoiding the risk of decision-making failure.[Method/process] Based on the literature review and theoretical induction, a questionnaire survey was used to collect data and perform statistical analysis and empirical research on the data to verify the applicability of the model.[Result/conclusion] Through analysis, the management mechanism has a significant positive impact on intelligence intervention, intelligence attitude, intelligence culture and intelligence factors have an indirect impact on intelligence intervention. Therefore, only the construction of the normative management mechanism can embed intelligence work in all aspects of the decision chain to ensure scientific decision.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] From interactive networks and their combined networks based on the two types of attention and comments, this paper investigates the influence of user interaction on implicit communities in open innovation platforms. [Method/process] This study collected the half-year user interaction data in the LEGO IDEAS platform, used topology analysis, centrality analysis and community analysis, and then used Gephi to construct three-phase network relationship diagrams and analyze the evolution for the concerns, comments and combination relationships. [Result/conclusion] This paper demonstrates that the three types of interactive networks all have the scale-free network characteristics, where a small number of users are involved in a large number of interactions. The combined network is closer to the real network structure of the open innovation platform. Comments are more important for the formation of implicit communities and innovation participation. With the growth of time, the number of nodes and connections in implicit communities shows an increasing trend. New nodes tend to be connected with hub nodes with higher connectivity, and the information transmission efficiency is getting higher and higher. In the implicit community of the combined network, the subgroups based on comment relationships update and iterate faster over time, while the subgroups based on follow relationships are relatively stable and lasting.

Abstract:【目的】从发展现状、内容特征、形式特征三个方面分析我国不同类型众筹项目视频使用现状及其特点。 【方法】基于任务展示示能性理论, 构建视频内容特征和形式特征的二维视角(发起方视角和参与方视角)分析框 架, 并以众筹网为例进行实证探讨。【结果】研究表明: (1)视频资源能够显著促进众筹进度和成功率, 吸引用户关 注和支持, 但我国众筹项目介绍中使用视频的比例仍然较低; (2)不同类型的众筹项目其视频内容特征和形式特 征都有显著的相似性和差异性特点。【局限】分析框架粒度较大, 有待进一步扩展和细化。本研究选择综合性众 筹平台众筹网为研究对象, 样本具有一定的局限性。【结论】本文分析我国众筹项目中视频的现状和特点, 可以 为众筹平台的优化设计以及众筹项目的成功实施提供参考和建议。

Abstract:【目的】设计大数据环境下安全性和实时性更好的半脆弱水印算法, 保护图博档视频资源的真实性和完整性。【应用背景】保证视频资源对常规视频操作的鲁棒性, 满足图博档视频资源内容认证的实时性需求。【方法】运用量化调制的方法嵌入二值水印图像进行版权验证, 在视频关键帧中嵌入索引水印检测帧间篡改, 对视频帧的最低有效位进行异或运算生成认证水印检测帧内篡改。【结果】水印算法可以对视频资源进行有效的版权验证和内容认证, 透明性较好, 对于常规视频操作具有较强的鲁棒性, PSNR 保持在33 以上。篡改定位时间5s 左右,具有良好的实时性。【结论】本研究有助于图博档视频资源的真实性和完整性保护, 促进大数据环境下图博档信息资源共享和服务融合。

Abstract:【目的】为满足电网公司针对新能源项目投资进行管控的需要, 尝试基于电网公司内部大数据, 建立面向新能源项目投资效益评价的数据抽取方法和评价指标体系。【方法】基于电网公司SG-ERP 系统架构, 构建面向大数据应用的数据管理体系, 提出基于Golden Gate 的评价数据抽取方法, 建立覆盖项目经济、社会、环境效益,及项目决策期、建设期和运营期的全过程评价指标体系, 并辅以Delphi 法进行验证。【结果】通过实证得到指标变异系数权重和Y 市电网公司2015 年新能源项目投资的经济、社会和环境效益得分。【局限】量化评价指标时采取的分类标准可进一步细化。【结论】本研究方案可实现电力新能源项目投资效益全过程的评价, 数据抽取方法、评价指标体系和权重算法具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:【目的】在构建光伏项目投资风险监测模型的过程中, 为了甄选面向互联网金融平台的大数据应用监测指标, 尝试提出系统的甄选方案并结合实际案例进行验证。【方法】应用大数据监测模型, 整合Solarbao 平台多源异构数据, 以专家判断为项目投资风险分析依据, 运用CHAID 决策树归纳多维监测指标组合, 并运用R-Q 型因子分析方法提炼识别投资风险的关键指标。【结果】得到8 条监测光伏项目投资风险的指标组合和10 项识别投资风险的关键指标。【局限】R-Q 型因子分析中的专业指标有待进一步细分并形成动态更新机制。【结论】该甄选方案能够满足大数据监测模型对指标采集的要求, 对投资者评估光伏项目风险、平台筛选合适项目以及监管部门排查该领域系统性风险具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:【目的】设计网络环境下透明性和实时性更好的视频水印算法, 保护图博档(图书馆、博物馆、档案馆)视频资源的版权。【应用背景】保证视频资源的视觉效果, 满足图博档视频资源版权保护的实时性需求。【方法】定义8 位水印图像的像素值为索引信息, 交替嵌入索引信息和水印信息, 对水印图像进行Arnold 置乱, 运用量化调制的方法将置乱后的水印信息嵌入密钥随机选择的视频区域中。【结果】基于量化调制的视频水印算法可以对视频资源进行有效的版权验证和鉴别, 透明性较好, 对于视频操作具有较强的鲁棒性, 相关系数保持在0.8 以上。水印提取时间3s 左右, 具有良好的实时性。【结论】本研究有助于图博档视频资源的版权保护, 促进大数据环境下图博档信息资源共享和服务融合。

Abstract:【目的】通过大学生志愿者进行网络谣言传播的控制实验, 研究不同话题网络谣言传播中网民群体的态度演变动因和规律。【方法】采用问卷调查, 记录不同谣言传播过程中实验对象的态度与行为数据, 使用数据挖掘分类算法分析网民态度演变的共性与差异。【结果】研究结果表明, 网民传播谣言具有验证特性, 谣言的内容影响网民传播的媒介, 网民观点交互随群体一致性动态变化。影响网民态度及其演化的主要因素包括初始认知、群体行为、信息获取和交流渠道, 网民的态度演变率与网络谣言的内容等相关指标关联度较低。【局限】研究对象局限于大学生群体会影响研究结论的普适性。【结论】将实验研究和数据挖掘技术结合对网络谣言进行研究,为网络谣言的模型研究提供数据参考。

Abstract:【目的】基于概念格理论探索并提出复用产品分类的产品领域本体构建方法, 对以往复用产品分类的产品领域本体构建方法进行改进。【方法】从产品分类中抽取类、属性及关系, 并对其结构进行合理调整, 基于概念格理论生成形式背景及概念格, 并以此为基础自动生成产品领域本体。【结果】本文方法消除了产品分类本身存在的层级不分明的局限性, 可以解决产品分类定义的属性间的冗余问题, 提升本体的可重用性和可共享性, 并通过可视化的形式呈现了现有和潜在的实体与关系。【局限】仅选取医疗产品构建的一个片段来说明该方法的具体实施方案, 并仅探讨该方法对于eCl@ss 产品分类体系的适用性。【结论】基于概念格构建产品领域本体前需对本体的领域和范围进行明确界定, 依据科学分类原则对类目进行梳理与归类, 在进行本体构建时构建属性词典并定义对象属性, 通过形式背景与概念格的生成自动生成本体。
