Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The aim of the paper is to determine the influencing factors of information disclosure behavior, optimize the ecological environment of eHealth websites, and indirectly help to realize the strategic goal of "Healthy China".[Method/process] The paper uses the qualitative research method to analyze the three-level code of interview data. It also constructs the influencing factors model of the user information disclosure of the eHealth websites, and extracts the 17 main categories and 5 core categories which affect the user information disclosure behavior on the eHealth websites.[Result/conclusion] The user information disclosure behavior of the eHealth websites is mainly influenced by perceived utility, perceived risk, subjective norm, service quality and illness characteristic. The perceived utility is the most important influencing factor. The perceived risk is the sub important factor. The subjective norm is the more important influencing factor. The service quality and the illness characteristic are the relatively influencing factors. Accordingly, from the three dimensions of government departments, electronic health websites and users, the relevant suggestions are summarized.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper examined the value sought by the elderly of online medical health services, and made suggestions for online medical websites to attract elderly users. [Method/process] A means-end chain theory was adopted as the basis, and ladder method soft laddering was used to conduct in-depth interviews with the elderly who had used online medical health services. The chain concept of "attribute-consequence-value" was used to understand the elderly's value cognition structures. Content analysis was used to analyze the attributes-consequences-values for elderly users, then converted into a Hierarchical Value Map (HVM). [Result/conclusion] After analyzing the three main paths in the HVM, this paper found that the elderly used online medical and health services mainly to pursue the ultimate value of self-fulfillment, security, and sense of belonging. The online health website platforms can meet the value of the elderly by analyzing the needs of the elderly and providing effective health resources, providing targeted services and instant communication methods.
