    Abstract: In order to more accurately analyze the nust expansion and cracking law of concrete with trans-verse cracks under chloride erosion ,this paper considers the geometric intrinsic characteristics of concreteaggregates , uses laser scanning and image processing technology to obtain the real aggregate library of con-crete ; build on this basis A three-dimensional mesoscopic nust expansion and cracking calculation modelcoupled with diffusion and stress was developed. The geometry of the rust crack surface was analyzed , andthe relationship between the width and angle of the rust crack surface and the volume rate of aggregate andthe specific surface area of the aggregate was studied.The research shows that in the concrete specimens with transverse cracks , the corrosion cracked surfaces affected by chloride salt are all in the form of “doub-le crescent",and the form of the cracked surfaces presents a strong asymmetry as the aggregate specificsurface area increases.The maximum width of the nust cracked surface increases with the decrease of theaggregate volume rate. When the aggregate volume rate is increased to 20% , the maximum width of thecracked surface remains basically unchanged. The maximum included angle of the nust cracked surface isdirectly below the concrete transverse crack. When the aggregate specific surface area is 0. 160-0.197 m'/ kg , the maximum included angle of the rust cracked surface ranges from 144° -160°.
