Abstract: This article summarizes the nursing experience of one case of fever in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) treated by scrapping. The implementation of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing evaluation before scraping, determine nursing measures, and then achieve the purpose of antipyretic. It is easy to operate, effective, safe and effective. As a non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for antipyretic treatment, it has a good popularization value and is worthy of clinical reference.

Abstract: This paper summarized the nursing management of insomnia in a patient with chest paralysis treated with Chinese herbal medicine pillow combined with auricular acupuncture therapy. The patient's sleep quality was evaluated by using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and targeted TCM treatment and nursing were carried out to reduce the patient's insomnia symptoms.

Abstract: This article summarized the moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) enema and related nursing measures for a patient with acute intestinal obstruction. The nursing goals were clarified based on the nursing assessment on illness condition and clinical symptoms of the patient. Guided by theory of syndrome differentiation, the moxibustion combined with TCM enema was carried out, in combination with routine care, to relieve the clinical symptoms of intestinal obstruction and pain of patient.

Abstract:根据临床观察采用中药泡洗技术治疗尪痹类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)有不错的效果,本文选取1例尪痹患者进行护理评估,日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数)来观察临床疗效。通过治疗后该患者Barthel评分增高。可以有效地缓解患者关节轻微肿胀和疼痛等症状,改善其在关节疼痛处的活动,对于类风湿性型关患者的整体日常生活或者工作质量会有所显著性的提升,改善了患者的病情,是一种有效的治疗解决方案。

Abstract: Objective To develop a self-made questionnaire on the content quality and clinical applicability of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing program. The content, quality and clinical applicability of TCM nursing plan in acute and convalescent stage of stroke were evaluated by clinical nurses through questionnaire. Methods The questionnaire was designed with reference to the questionnaire on the applicability of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of TCM, and the content validity was evaluated by expert consultation. Totally 49 nurses from 9 hospitals were selected for questionnaire survey, and the questionnaire results were processed and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results The content validity S-CVI/Ave score of the self-designed questionnaire was 0.94; The results of the questionnaire showed that the overall content of the approval scheme was "better than the original nursing routine" (59.18%); The recognition of "common symptoms" (36.70%) and "syndrome classification" (36.70%) was the lowest. Conclusion In the future, efforts should be made to widely collect the clinical user experience and suggestions of TCM nursing scheme, and further improve the scheme content in combination with the evidence-based concept to make it closer to the clinical practice.

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of insomnia treated by auricular point sticking combined with stellate ganglion block. The conclusions reached: the combination of auricular point sticking and stellate ganglion block in the treatment of insomnia, combined with careful care before, during and after the treatment, not only can improve the treatment effect and reduce the recurrence rate, under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory, adopt united auricular point sticking intervention, at the same time, cooperate the routine nursing interventions such as diet, emotion and life can achieve the goal of alleviating clinical symptoms, Auricular point sticking combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of insomnia can significantly improve the quality of sleep and has obvious effect on insomnia.

Abstract:
This paper summarized the experience of no-touch isolation technique in endoscopic surgery and related nursing for a patient with ovarian cancer. Operating room nurses should fully evaluate the illness condition of the patient before surgery. Based on the principles of tumor-free techniques, several key points of nursing should be followed throughout the operation: non-touch isolation of surgical instruments, shortening time of pneumoperitoneum with carbon dioxide, peritoneal irrigation and others, in order to reduce the cancer cell metastasis and recurrence.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the factors of high incidence of nursing disputes in the nucleic acid testing clinic, and to optimize management and reduce the incidence of nursing disputes. Methods A retrospective before-after study was conducted. Potential reasons of nursing disputes happened between April and September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and countermeasures were carried out to optimize management in the nucleic acid testing clinic. The incidence of nursing disputes happened between October 2021 and January 2022 was calculated. Results Issues related to patients, nurses and working environment were main factors causing nursing disputes. The incidence of nursing disputes had decreased from2.35? to 1.56? after implementation of optimal management strategy. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and improve the nursing quality in the nucleic acid testing clinic, it is required to enhance the nursing staff’s sense of responsibility and effective communication with patients, standardize the nursing operation process, strengthen cooperation between various departments and improve the hospital workplace environment.

Abstract: This paper observed the effect of Inducing-Yang-to-Yin Tuina therapy for relief of insomnia in a patient with artificial heart implantation, and summarized the experience of tuina therapy, psychological care and basic nursing. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, Inducing-Yang-to-Yin tuina therapy is safe, easy to operate and effective for relief of insomnia in a patient with artificial heart implantation.

Abstract: This paper summarized the effect of stone needle therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) collapse stains in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. On the basis of risk assessment and routine nursing, a TCM external treatment, stone needle therapy combined with TCM collapse stains, was performed according to the TCM syndrome differentiation. The TCM external treatment is effective in relief of inflammation, local pain and symptoms of redness on the skin in patients with acute mastitis during lactation.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on treatment outcome, quality of life and prognosis of high-risk patients with diabetic foot, and provide evidence for more reasonable nursing intervention program. Methods From January 2021to January 2022, 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were screened; 40 high-risk patients with diabetic foot were eligible and randomly divided in to observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention based on routine care. The treatment outcome, patient quality of life and prognosis of disease were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). According to the outcome of General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74) assessment, the improvement rate in the observation group was 85.00%(17/20), showing no significant difference compared with 65.00%(13/20) in the control group (P>0.05). The incidences of foot infections and foot ulcers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Three cases of amputation were reported in the control group. Conclusion The integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing showed positive effect on treatment outcome, patient quality of life and prognosis of disease, and the effect of integrative nursing intervention was superior to routine nursing.

Abstract: This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans treated with Chinese herbal ointment and massage combined with intradermal acupuncture. Based on the nursing evaluation on pain, skin temperature, intermittent claudication, arteriopalmus of dorsalis pedis artery and other indicators, the application of Chinese herbal ointment and massage combined with intradermal acupuncture is effective to relieve the symptom of the lower-limb ischemia.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of MAO sweat treating herpes zoster.Methods: A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster treated in our department from May 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with MAO stain of Traditional Chinese medicine. The pain and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results: After intervention, the pain and curative effect of herpes zoster patients in the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Good sweat can improve the curative effect of herpes zoster.

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) five-element cupping therapy on postoperative wound pain of patients undergoing Milligan-Morgan surgery for mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat type. Methods? Totally 60 patients undergoing Milligan-Morgan surgery for mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat type were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Anti-infection, hemostasis andother symptomatic treatment were carried out after surgery. The control group received routine wound cleansing and dressing change, and the observation group received TCM five-element cupping therapy on the basis of routine care. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to assess the wound pain degree at 24 h、48 h、72 h after treatment. Results? The VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 24 h、48 h and 72h after treatment, respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion The TCM five-element cupping therapy is effective to relieve the postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids. It is an easy-to-operate and safe technique of TCM nursing, which is worthy of promoting in pain control after surgical treatment for anorectal diseases.
