Abstract: The ocean is essential to country’s strategic interests and common destiny of mankind, and therefore equipment of various kinds is urgently needed for all-around and multi-dimensional ocean observation and exploration. This article brief introduced the two technological approaches of nuclear energy supply for underwater observation and exploration equipment and relevant exchange technologies of nuclear heat to electric power, quantitatively summarized the applicability of nuclear energy supply on all kinds of equipment, discussed the nuclear safety issues thereon, and then recommended that the technology research of radioisotope fabrication and separation and the construction of relevant facility, the development of individual reactor and the construction of relevant common facility, the technology research of thermoelectric conversion, and the research of relevant nuclear safety issues, should be special supported.

Abstract: The marine area is a strategic area of China. To build China into a strong maritime country, we should enhance the capacity for exploiting marine resources, develop the maritime economy, protect the marine ecological environment, and resolutely safeguard national maritime rights and interests. Promoting marine science and technology to achieve high-level scientific and technological self-reliance is an inevitable requirement for accelerating the construction of maritime country. The marine scientific observation and exploration is the basic means of understanding the ocean, and is also an important basis for the marine resources development, environmental protection and rights and interests protection. This paper reviews the important progresses of global and national ocean observation and exploration program and network, with a view to highlight the practice of ocean scientific observation and exploration technology system construction in Chinese Academy of Sciences, and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on next steps. To build up China’s strength in ocean scientific observation and exploration technology system, we should further strengthen the top-level design to drive the “twin engines” of national strategic needs and frontier trends in science and technology, redouble efforts on developing scientific and technological breakthroughs to make continued efforts to solve the most urgent key problems, and innovate improve institutions and mechanisms to make full use of China’s strategic science and technology capabilities in the marine field, so as to provide strong scientific and technological support for the construction of China as a maritime power.

Abstract: Fuzzy Test has good applicability in the exploitation of vulnerabilities in industrial control protocols. However, the traditional fuzzy test has the disadvantages of large test workload and a high failure rate. In order to solve these problems, it design an industrial control protocol fuzzy tester GA-fuzzer which combines genetic algorithm and fuzzy test. and propose the concepts of dangerous points and case space model based on dimensional transformation. In GA-fuzzer, it constructed a more efficient dynamic fitness function, and design dynamic mutation and crossover operators to optimize test cases. In the same experimental environment, it used open source fuzzy test method Peach and GA-Fuzzer to test the target. The results show that GA-fuzzer can effectively improve the premature convergence problem of traditional genetic algorithm, and compared to Peach, the number of cases used to achieve the same test expectation was reduced by 27.20% and the test time was reduced by 34.82%.

Abstract: The Modbus industry bus protocol is special. And the network intrusion data sample of industrial control system is not balanced. So this paper used one-class support vector machine (OCSVM) to construct normal OCSVM model and abnormal OCSVM model to simulate the normal mode and abnormal mode of system communication. Then to realize the abnormal detection of industrial control system. In order to prevent the OCSVM model from overfitting and the low accuracy of classification, this paper used the genetic algorithm to the industrial control network by optimizing the dimensionality reduction of the independent variable. This method improves the accuracy of the anomaly detection and reduces the modeling time. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective for anomaly detection of industrial network.

Abstract: To improve the robustness of the existing multi-spectral image registration algorithms, this paper proposed a new algorithm based on multi-scale support region descriptors. Firstly, the algorithm extracted the Harris corner points as feature points. Secondly, it constructed the descriptor by combining the edge direction histograms calculated respectively in the support regions of different sizes around a feature point. Then, the similarity criterion was the Euclidean distance, and it obtained the initial matches by the ratio method. Finally, this paper proposed an outlier removal algorithm based on RANSAC algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can match multi-spectral images effectively, be more robust than the existing algorithms, and obtain more matches that are correct.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the traditional clustering algorithm can only deal with single attribute data and can’t handle the clustering problem of mixed type data very well. Most of the clustering algorithms for mixed type data currently have the problem of initializing sensitive and can’t handle the data of arbitrary shape. This paper proposed an entropy-based spectral clustering algorithm for mixed type data to deal with mixed type data. First, it proposed a new similarity measure. It used the numerical data in the spectral clustering algorithm constitutes a Gaussian kernel function of the matrix, and used the classification data constitutes an entropy-based the influence factor of the matrix. A new similarity matrix combines these two matrices. Instead of the traditional similarity matrix, it proposed the new similarity matrix avoid feature transformation and parameter adjustment between the numerical data and the classification data. Then, it applied the new similarity matrix to the spectral clustering algorithm so as to deal with the data of arbitrary shape, and finally got the clustering result. Experiments on UCI data sets show that this algorithm can effectively deal with the clustering problem of mixed attribute data, with high stability and good robustness.

Abstract: Quasi-dense matching is widely used in multi-view 3D reconstruction, and it is important for reconstruction results. Aiming at the quasi-dense matches diffused by the seed points extracted from Sift algorithm are less accurate, this paper proposed a quasi-dense matching algorithm based on scale invariant Harris corners. Firstly, it structured the scale invariant Harris features in multi-scale space, and the feature sets between different views are bidirectional matched by cosine distance similarity measure; Then the seeds selected from the initial matches are applied in quasi-dense matching algorithms by best and first propagation strategy; Finally, a local non-maximum suppression strategy is applied to resampling the quasi-dense matches. Experiments show that the seeds extracted by this algorithm can not only reflect the scene structure information, but also have scale invariant characteristics. And for quasi-dense diffusion, the matching effect and accuracy can be improved, and it is an effective quasi-dense matching algorithm for 3D reconstruction.

Abstract: The infrared imaging grayscale variation caused by the influence of atmosphere on infrared radiation transmission is a problem that infrared target tracking application needs to cope with. The object of this paper is to model the law of infrared imaging grayscale variation in Lie group, which is important to design an efficient and robust target tracking algorithm. This paper firstly analyzes the infrared radiation transmission model, and then derives the brightness model of infrared imaging by considering the mechanism of infrared imaging. Furthermore, it is theoretically proved that the infrared imaging grayscale variation caused by the atmosphere obeys to the Lie group structure, and a non-Euclidean mathematical representation of the infrared imaging grayscale variation is proposed. Finally, according to the infrared imaging grayscale variation model, the field experimental data collected under different environments are fitted, and the regression analysis results demonstrate the correctness of the model, which validates the rationality of the Lie group representation of the infrared imaging grayscale variation.

Abstract:历经近半个世纪的努力,我国海洋技术与装备取得了长足的进步和发展,尤其是近年来,深海技术与装备的发展为我国海洋科学的创新提供了新的动力。中科院战略性先导科技专项“热带西太平洋海洋系统物质能量交换及其影响”以科学需求为导向,追踪国际前沿,立足我国深海技术装备发展现状,提出研制科学应用目标明确的深海探测与作业装备,形成具备利用自主式观测系统、连续观测与作业系统以及新型海洋传感器及采样设备开展综合性海洋探测与作业的能力。专项执行4年的时间,深海技术装备面向专项科学目标,形成了具有完全自主知识产权的技术装备,形成了一批有影响的成果,为海洋科学研究提供了先进的技术手段,推动了我国深海探测与作业技术的发展,在我国深海技术装备发展中发挥了重要的先导作用。
