  • Research progress of Smart-Cut technology used in semiconductors

    Abstract: Smart-Cut technology is a technique of exploiting both ion implantation and wafer bonding to transfer ultrathin single-crystal layers from a donor substrate to a receiving substrate. In advanced microelectronic systems, as one of the important technical means of heterogeneous integration for semiconductor materials, Smart-Cut technology has been widely concerned by academia and industry. Smart-Cut technology is the process of implanting H+, He+ ions or co-implantation them into the surface of semiconductor materials, and adjusting the implantation parameters (energy, temperature, dose, dose rate, ion implantation sequence, etc.). After the bonding of implanted semiconductor material and substrate at low temperatures, annealing (temperature, time, rate) that generates microcracks parallel to the surface is performed to achieve layer transfer. In this paper, the research progress of the Smart-Cut technology used in the first-, second-, third- and fourth-generation semiconductors in the past two decades is summarized. The microstructure and microcracks nucleation and growth mechanisms are analyzed. The reasons for the exfoliation thresholds of different semiconductors are discussed. The paper is helpful for understanding the application of Smart-Cut technology used in the fabricating of semiconductor devices.

  • Analysis and Governance Thinking on the Publishing Chaos of International Academic Journals Involved in Capital Irregularity

    Abstract: Purposes  Through the analysis of capital anomie intervention in the chaos of international academic journal publishing, this paper provides research reference for the standardized management and ethical governance of academic journal publishing in China under the Open access model. Methods  Combining with Cabells' predatory journal report and IAP predatory journal case data, from the perspective of capital misconduct intervention, the paper reveals the reasons and ethical issues of the current chaos in the international academic journal publishing field. Findings  International academic journals that have been intervened by capital misconduct exhibit publishing chaos such as false peer reviews, cloning of well-known journals, teasing academic research, precise targeted harvesting, and kidnapping submissions for compensation. From the perspective of capital misconduct intervention, there are ethical issues such as intensified ethical misconduct, differentiation of academic norms, targeted resource plundering, and distortion of academic values.  Conclusion Clarifying the essence of the problem focuses on source governance, comprehensively improving the cognitive ability of researchers to identify academic misconduct in the field of academic publishing, creating correct academic values, and actively resisting the temptation of misconduct and profit with scientific integrity.
     

  • 陕西省大气环境承载力分析

    Abstract: 以陕西省大气环境中SO2和PM10作为评估对象进行大气环境承载力研究,采用烟云足迹分析法计算了陕西省2010—2013年环境容量系数A值和SO2、PM10环境承载力的时空分布状况。结果表明,陕西省环境容量系数A值变化范围较大,2010—2013年全省年平均A值变化范围为1~5,陕北地区环境容量系数A值最大,其次为关中,陕南最小,2010—2013年关中地区西安、宝鸡和渭南呈现出逐年下降的趋势。SO2环境承载力全省整体上2010—2013年变化范围为-148 578.04 km2~-189 149.59 km2,4年SO2承载力均无余额,其中渭南和西安SO2承载力严重不足且呈下降趋势; PM10环境承载力全省整体上2010—2013年变化范围为12 701.47 km2~44 511.02 km2,4 a PM10承载力均有余额,全省各市除渭南和铜川外4 a均有余额,但总体呈下降趋势。
