Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring the clustering evolution in the process of domain knowledge development can help to reveal the characteristics and rules of knowledge clustering, this is great significance to master the clustering rules of correlation knowledge in the development and evolution process.[Method/process] Based on the idea of complex network, this paper constructed the time series domain knowledge networks in accordance with the occurred-value of tags adjacency relation. That is, according to the network motif theory, this paper dynamically tracked and analyzed the domain knowledge networks by the analysis method of network clustering coefficient. Then, by combining with the network density, the characteristic path length, the node degree value, the triadic closure and other indicators, this article analyzed the clustering evolution in the process of domain knowledge development from random factors, degree correlation, and adjacent correlation.[Result/conclusion] The results show:①Domain knowledge in the development process always keeps a higher clustering. ②The clustering of domain knowledge includes both randomness and structuration (non-randomness). ③The dynamic status of domain knowledge clustering evolves between small-world network and scale-free network waveringly. ④The clustering status of domain knowledge shows a certain difference between the whole network and local nodes.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Intellectual property is an important embodiment of economic, technology and cultural strength, and has become a strategic resource that countries are competing for. Under the background of building an intellectual property power, it is urgent to improve the ability and level of intellectual property information service aiming at supporting the technological innovation and the construction of "double first-class" initiative.[Method/process] Through the analysis of current situation of intellectual property information service in Chinese universities, this paper summarizes the problems in carrying out intellectual property information service and puts forward countermeasures.[Result/conclusion] In order to solve the problems of intellectual property information service in universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as changing the orientation of scientific research evaluation, strengthening the construction of intellectual property information resources, constructing the standard system of intellectual property information service, strengthening the cultivating of talents, linking up the whole chain of industry-university-research cooperation, and utilizing big data and artificial intelligence technology effectively.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] An action plan is a list of specific tasks below an organization's vision and strategy, and making an action plan has become a regular work in the university libraries of the United States, which is a powerful promotion to achieve strategic goals. [Method/process] This paper took the action plans of 15 American university libraries as a research sample, analyzed time, style, structure and content, and used word frequency analysis method to interpret the sample from 5 aspects of as macro integration, educational function, resource co-ordination, space construction, personnel and management, under the consideration of ACRL Standards for Libraries in Higher Education. [Result/conclusion] The study concludes that an action plan is helpful to a library forming standardized action record, and it is urgent for the university libraries in China to clarify its own orientation, closely link with reality and pay attention to sustainable development, and make action plans with high consistency with the school's goal, intuitive refinement, multi-interaction and ecological win-win situation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Exploring the innovation of online service during the period of epidemic prevention and control can provide reference for the improvement and continuous innovation of online service.[Method/process] By investigating the content, form and practice data of online service of University Libraries in Jilin Province during the epidemic prevention and control period, this paper summarized the characteristics and problems of regional online service of university libraries, and analyzed the current situation of vigorously expanding online service of university libraries.[Result/conclusion] The practice shows that the university library service innovation practice online has more professional service ability and fast response efficiency. It shows the huge role and effect of online services, however, there are still some problems in the resource security system, service platform and team construction. We need to make positive efforts in promoting the construction of Smart Library, improving the security of digital resources, building online service platform, improving the librarian team, and promoting the service transformation.
