Abstract:伴随着“三全育人”综合改革的不断深入,书院制学生管理模式和“一站式”社区综合管理模式被国内高校推广开来,作为早期全面推行书院制的汕头大学,在探索构建“组织构架”、“管理系统”和“课程体系”三位一体的素质教育培养育人机制积累了不少经验和好的做法,结合新时代教育改革和培养人才要求,汕头大学进一步深化书院制改革,不断完善双院协同育人机制,法学院、弘毅书院深入探索实践“学业导师学习指导,成长导师社区互动、科创导师引领创新、朋辈导师互助帮扶、第二课堂协同培养”的多元导师育人体系,着力推进“全员力量进社区、五育并举进社区、思政教育进社区、管理服务进社区”的双院协同育人新模式。

Abstract:教育模式的创新和改革是新时代教育发展的要求,也是培养高素质人才的必由之路。现代书院制的育人模式对培养新世纪人才有深远意义,在这个背景下,晋中信息学院实施的全生异科导师制是现代书院制下继发展导师、学业导师、成长导师的又一育人新举措。全生异科导师制“以学生充分发展”为核心理念,旨在营造师生紧密联系的学习生活共同体。这一制度依托书院而生,也将使导师制的作用发挥到极致。新制度、新举措的运行必然会遇到一些问题,任何创新性的发展都需要时间去磨合、去改进。本文以晋中信息学院2021级学生为研究对象,分析了全生异科导师制的运行现状,简要剖析问题并提出相应的解决措施,以期有益于该制度的推进及运行。

Abstract:香港中文大学(深圳)祥波书院自2018年3月成立以来,一直致力于在坚持港中大书院制特色传统的原则上,根据书院学生具体情况、大学整体发展方针、国内高等教育发展情况等因素,积极探索本地化的改革,建设独特的祥波书院育人体系和学生管理方法体系。本文从祥波书院隶属教师与书院协同育人模式、舍监导师共膳制度、针对大一新生设立的新生摆渡计划以及书院宿生会运营模式等四个方面探讨港中大书院制在港中大(深圳)祥波书院本地化的成果和现状并进行思考。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper investigates the current situation and existing problems of peer education service of domestic academic libraries, and puts forward corresponding development strategies so as to expand the channels of university libraries to serve the students and promote service innovation.[Method/process] This paper investigates the status of peer education service of domestic academic libraries through website survey of 42 first class university libraries and questionnaire investigation of 254 libraries from 29 provinces and cities.[Result/conclusion] The results show that at present, the peer education service of domestic academic libraries is not mature in all aspects and is in the primary stage of development. To guarantee the development of peer education, domestic academic libraries should pay attention to the importance of peer education, the recruitment and train of peer mentors, manpower and financial support, and further cooperation with the other peer mentor projects to establish effective Evaluation mechanism and take advantage of peer mentors under the new media environment.

Abstract:
Background Graduate tutors of general practitioner major shoulder the important task of training future general medicine professionals. Their own doctor-patient communication ability is very important to the development of general medicine. Objective To explore the current situation of physician-patient communication ability of tutors of master's degree students majoring in general medicine. Methods Seventy five postgraduate tutors of general practitioner major in Capital Medical University were selected as the subjects. The survey was conducted from April to June 2012. The evaluators entered the consulting room with the patients and their families, and assessed their doctor-patient communication skills by means of on-site observation and scoring with the evaluation form of doctor-patient communication skills (segue scale). Results The total score of the segue scale of 75 postgraduate tutors of general practitioner were 12-24, with an average score of (17.8 � 2.6); Score of preparation stage (3.9 � 0.9); Score of information collection stage (6.5 � 1.7); Information giving stage score (3.1 � 1.1); Score of understanding patients (2.6 � 0.9); The score at the end of the consultation stage was (1.7 � 0.5). Comparing the scores of the segue scale of the general tutors with those of the expert outpatient doctors of the first-class and third-class hospitals in the early stage, the general tutors scored higher than the expert outpatient doctors of the third-class hospitals in the preparation stage and the end of the consultation stage, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The scores and segue total scores of the general tutors in the first level hospitals were higher than those of the general tutors in the second level hospitals (p<0.05), and the scores and segue total scores in the preparation and information collection stages were higher than those of the general tutors in the third level hospitals (p<0.05); The total score of segue scale of general tutors was significantly lower than that of American general practitioners (p<0.01). Conclusion The clinical communication skills of the tutors of master's degree students majoring in general medicine need to be further improved, and there is also a certain gap between their doctor-patient communication skills and the international level. The competent department of general practitioner education should pay more attention to the improvement of the doctor-patient communication skills of the general tutors, and greatly improve the humanistic medicine practice skills of the general tutors.

Abstract: Background Postgraduate education in general practice is an essential part of cultivating high-quality general practitioners. However,the postgraduate education in general practice in China started relatively late and has revealedsome problems in practice.How to effectively implement the national guidelines for accelerating the innovation and development of medical education is an important issue for graduate education in general practice in the new era. Objective Using graduate theses in general practice as a starting point,this study analyzes the current status and issues of graduate education in general practice,and provides reflections and suggestions. Methods A literature search was conducted in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database for theses related to "General Practice" published up to December 20,2023. Descriptive analysis of the annual publication volume,as well as publication volume by region,province,and institution,was performed using SPSS 16.0. ArcGIS 10.8 was used to layer and display the number and regional distribution of theses on a map. Citespace 6.2.R4 software was employed to process the literature data,generating keyword cluster maps,keyword time series line charts, and keyword hotspot analysis. Prior to using Citespace 6.2.R4,a file containing bibliographic information for 1,834 theses was exported to NoteExpress software,then uniformly converted to Refworks-CiteSpace format for analysis of research directions, hot topics,and other aspects of the theses.Results A total of 1,834 graduate theses in general practice were retrieved(1,829 master's theses and 5 doctoral theses),involving 821 supervisors. The highest number of publications was from East China(614 theses,33.40%). Among provinces,Anhui had the most publications(228 theses,12.43%). The number of theses showed a rapid growth trend,entering an explosive growth phase in 2015 with a sustained upward trend,with an average year-on-year growth rate of 51.5%(P < 0.05). Among the supervisors,445(54.20%)supervised only one cohort of graduate students, while 227(27.65%)supervised three or more cohorts. In terms of research direction,aside from general practice,health education,and health management,the main research topics included hypertension,heart failure,coronary heart disease, diabetes,and stroke. A total of 439 theses(23.94%)explicitly involved studies on micro-mechanisms. Conclusion Graduate education in general practice has shown positive results under policy support,with the scale of graduate training growing rapidly. The training objectives are relatively clear,but the discipline's characteristics still need to be further refined. The supervisor team is continuously expanding,but further improvement of team development are needed. The scale of graduate student enrollment also needs to be expanded.

Abstract: According to the need of human resources for national science and technology development, it is crucial for the development of senior talents to carry out the reform for professional master graduates’ education and management. Performance evaluation for professional master graduates’ supervisors is regarded as a fundamental method to examine the abilities and achievements of all identities involved in education and thus plays a very important role like a baton in conducting an orchestra. Nevertheless, performance evaluation for professional master graduates’ supervisors in universities and institutions throughout the country is inapplicable, considerably limiting its potential in master graduate education. In this study, we investigate the current status and issues of performance evaluation for professional master graduates’ supervisors, propose several critical evaluation indexes from the viewpoint of graduate education, taking Chinese Academy of Sciences as example and optimize the performance evaluation system based on matrix modeling and expert comments. Finally, we present a set of methods to effectively evaluate the supervisors’ abilities and achievements, aiming to guarantee the quality of education for professional master graduates.

Abstract: Background Graduate supervisors in general medicine shoulder the important task of training future general medicine professionals,so their abilities to communicate with patients are essential for the development of general medicine. Objective To examine the abilities to communicate with patients in supervisors of master's students in general medicine during outpatient encounters. Methods Seventy-five supervisors of master's students in general medicine from Capital Medical University were selected by use of cluster sampling to receive a survey using a self-developed demographic questionnaire conducted from April to June 2022. Then their doctor-patient communication skills during outpatient encounters were assessed by relevant professionals who participated in the whole encounter process as accompaniers using the SEGUE Framework. The total score and dimension scores of SEGUE Framework of these supervisors were compared with those of outpatient specialists in tertiary hospitals and general practitioners(GPs)in community health centers(CHCs)in our previous studies,and were compared across these supervisors by sex and employment method. Then the total score of SEGUE Framework was compared between the supervisors and US GPs. Results The total score of SEGUE Framework attained by the supervisors ranged from 12 to 24 points,and the average score was(17.8 ± 2.6). The average scores of five dimensions(set the stage,elicit information,give information,understand the patient's perspective,and end the encounter)obtained by them were(3.9±0.9)(6.5±1.7)(3.1±1.1)(2.6 ± 0.9),and(1.7 ± 0.5),respectively. These supervisors scored higher on dimensions of set the stage and end the encounter than GPs in CHCs and outpatient specialists in tertiary hospitals(P<0.05). Compared with their counterparts working in primary hospitals,supervisors working in secondary hospitals scored lower on the SEGUE Framework and set the stage dimension(P<0.05),and those working in tertiary hospitals scored lower on the SEGUE Framework and set the stage and elicit information dimensions(P<0.05). These supervisor scored lower on the SEGUE Framework than the US GPs(P<0.05). Conclusion There is still considerable room for improvement of the skills for communicating with patients in outpatient encounters in these supervisors. Their level of communication skills was still lower than that of US GPs. In view of this,the teaching management department responsible for general medicine department(school)should pay attention to the training of the abilities of master supervisors to communicate with patients,thereby improving the level of medical humanities in practice in master's students in general medicine by supervisors' words and deeds.
