摘要: In advanced technologies, single event upset reversal (SEUR) due to charge sharing can make the upset state of SRAM cells recover to their initial state, which can reduce the soft error for SRAMs in radiation environments. By using the full 3D TCAD simulations, this paper presents a new kind of SEUR triggered by the charge collection of the Off-PMOS and the delayed charge collection of the On-NMOS in commercial 40-nm 6 T SRAM cells. The simulation results show that the proposed SEUR can not occur at normal incidence, but can present easily at angular incidence. It is also found that the width of SET induced by this SEUR remains the same after linear energy transfer (LET) increases to a certain value. In addition, through analyzing the effect of the spacing, the adjacent transistors, the drain area, and some other dependent parameters on this new kind of SEUR, some methods are proposed to strengthen the recovery ability of SRAM cells.

摘要: Insulin resistance and abdominal obesity are present in the majority of people with the metabolic syndrome. Antioxidant therapy might be a useful strategy for type 2 diabetes and other insulin-resistant states. The combination of vitamin C (Vc) and vitamin E has synthetic scavenging effect on free radicals and inhibition effect on lipid peroxidation. However, there are few studies about how to define the best combination of more than three anti-oxidants as it is difficult or impossible to test the anti-oxidant effect of the combination of every concentration of each ingredient experimentally. Here we present a math model, which is based on the classical Hill equation to determine the best combination, called Fixed Dose Combination (FDC), of several natural anti-oxidants, including Vc, green tea polyphenols (GTP) and grape seed extract proanthocyanidin (GSEP). Then we investigated the effects of FDC on oxidative stress, blood glucose and serum lipid levels in cultured 3T3-L1 adipocytes, high fat diet (HFD)-fed rats which serve as obesity model, and KK-ay mice as diabetic model. The level of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) in the treated rats was studied and Hematoxylin-Eosin (HE) staining or Oil red slices of liver and adipose tissue in the rats were examined as well. FDC shows excellent antioxidant and anti-glycation activity by attenuating lipid peroxidation. FDC determined in this investigation can become a potential solution to reduce obesity, to improve insulin sensitivity and be beneficial for the treatment of fat and diabetic patients. It is the first time to use the math model to determine the best ratio of three anti-oxidants, which can save much more time and chemical materials than traditional experimental method. This quantitative method represents a potentially new and useful strategy to screen all possible combinations of many natural anti-oxidants, therefore may help develop novel therapeutics with the potential to ameliorate the worldwide metabolic abnormalities. 摘要: Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) will implement its Phase II beamline project in the near future. Two long straight sections of the SSRF storage ring will be installed with dual-canted insertion devices in this project. Double-mini-y optics in the long straight sections is designed and optimized in order to obtain high brightness and good machine performance. In this paper, the results are summarized. The Phase II project proposes a lattice upgrade of super-bend, and the double-mini-y optics with this upgraded lattice is presented, too.

摘要: High brightness -rays produced by laser Compton scattering (LCS) are ideal probes for the study of nucleon and nuclear structure. We propose such a -ray source using the backscattering of a laser from the bright electron beam produced by the linac of the Shanghai Soft X-ray Free-electron Laser (SXFEL) test facility at the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics (SINAP). The performance is optimized through theoretical analysis and benchmarked with 4D Monte-Carlo simulations. The peak brightness of the source is expected to be larger than 21022 photons/(mm2 mrad2 s 0.1%BW) and photon energy ranges from 3.7 MeV to 38.9 MeV. Its performance, compared to Extreme Light Infrastructure-Nuclear Physics (ELI-NP), and the Shanghai Laser-Electron Gamma-ray Source (SLEGS), is given. The potential for basic and applied research is also briefly outlined.

摘要: In this paper, we propose a two-mode polarizable deflecting structure, as a new concept for bunch measurement and beam control. With two modes of HEM11 and HEM12 operating in the same structure on horizontal and vertical directions, respectively, the operation status can be switched between the two polarization modes. They can be operated simultaneously with two independent input power sources. With two-mode deflecting structure, the bunch distortion caused by the geometric wake-fields in the accelerating structure can be measured by one structure.

摘要: For developing the X-ray Free Electron Lasers test facility (SXFEL) at Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SINAP), ultra-short bunch is the crucial requirement for excellent lasing performance. It is a big challenge for deflecting cavity to measure the length of ultra-short bunch, and higher deflecting gradient is required for higher measurement resolution. X-band travelling wave deflecting structure has features of higher deflecting voltage and compact structure, which has good performance at ultra-short bunch length measurement. In this paper, a new X-band deflecting structure is designed to operate in HEM11-2/3 mode. For suppressing the polarization of deflecting plane of the HEM11 mode, two symmetrical caves are added on the cavity wall to separate two polarized modes.

摘要: A C-band RF pulse compressor is in development at SINAP. It comprises of two resonant cavities, two mode convertors and a 3 dB power divider. TE0.1.15 mode is selected for obtaining higher quality factor Q0 of the RF pulse compressor cavities, so that the power gain factor can be 3.2, which is supposed to multiply the RF power from 50 MW to 160 MW. In this paper, we report our work on C-band RF pulse compressor, namely the design simulation and cold test results.

摘要: In the near future, the Phase-II beamline project of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) will be implemented and some dipoles in the storage ring will be replaced by high field dipoles (super-bend), so as to leave room for short straight sections. In this way, the brightness of the hard x-ray emitted from the super-bends can be enhanced, and more insertion devices can be installed. In this paper, super-bends of two lengths are discussed and the corresponding lattices are presented.

摘要: The Tian-ma Radio Telescope (TMRT) applies an Active Surface System (ASFS), which corrects for large-scale deformations due to gravity and thermal on the primary reflector. The centralized and automated management of the ASFS using software has become a challenge, for which we have developed the TMRT Active Surface System Control Software (TASCS). This paper describes the design and implementation of TASCS for device control, status monitoring, human-computer interaction, and data management functionalities. TASCS adopts the open-source Tango Controls framework and distributes middleware technology to realize real-time automated adjustment of the primary reflector through remote centralized control of a large number of actuators. At present, it has been successfully deployed on the TMRT and has played an important role in Event Horizon Telescope observations.
