摘要: Tritium self-sustain and circulation is the core problem to use fusion energy peacefully. As the core component of the breeder in-pile irradiation test, the irradiation tritium production device provides irradiation space for breeders' tritium production and release. We take the Li4SiO4 as the research object and design the structure of the irradiation device. We complete the physical parameters computation, the irradiation device safety analysis and the flow field analysis of the breeder refueling, realizing the adjusting of the breeder irradiation temperature and the tritium release temperature window and making the control of gas operational parameters come true. The data could provide reference for breeders in-pile irradiation research.

摘要: A new anion exchanger with pyridine groups was prepared by grafting of 2-vinyl pyridine onto polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabrics by pre-irradiation grafting technique, followed by quaternization of pyridine rings in grafted chains in reaction with bromoethane. The results showed that the grafting yield increased with the monomer concentration and conversion ratio of quaternization increased with the time. The grafted and quaternized fabrics were characterized by FT-IR, DSC, SEM and ICP. The possibility of adsorption of perrhenate (ReO4-), a nonradioactive analogue to pertechnetate (99TcO4-), from aqueous solution by anion exchanger was investigated. The experiments performed at pH= 0.16 showed that pH=2.2 was the optimal acidity for ReO4- adsorption, and an adsorption equilibrium was achieved in 30 min. The reaction enthalpy was -12.55 kJ/mol, indicating that the adsorption process is exothermic. XPS tests indicated that the ReO4- uptake was a typical ion exchange between Cl- on anion exchanger and ReO4-.

摘要: Objective: To explore the effect of implementing manpower supermarket resourcebank management in the nursing human resource management of Jiangsu ProvinceAcademy of Traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The concept of supermarket management was first developed and appliedto the administration of manpower services. Next, the structure of nursing nursinghuman resource management was established. By developing the commodity bankof the manpower supermarket, comprising ① general nurse bank, ②special post mobile bank ③ post ability refueling bank. The quality of goods is ensuredbycombining job training and recruitment unit criteria. In parallel, a standardizedselection path is created, including the standardization of the order-sending reviewprocess, the implementation of the commodity maintenance regulations, andthescreening of the conditions of the selection units, ensuring the streamlined operationof the manpower supermarket. Results: A total of 1,284 nurses were dynamically deployed in the hospital fromOctober 2021 to October 2022 in 31 different batches. In addition to boostingthequality of nursing human resource management and the quality of specialized nursingcare, the high frequency of staff deployment and orderly and innovative management decreased the rate of patient complaints and the turnover rate of nurses. Conclusion: It is worth learning from the manpower supermarket management which combines diversified staffing needs, the need for flexible nursing staff management inthe management of routine epidemic prevention and control, as well as nursing staff capacity development to meet the needs of nursing human resource management inthe current state of medical services.

摘要: The traditional serial grinding method used to investigate the internal structure of fossils cannot be readily applied to valuable fossil specimens due to its destructive and time-consuming nature. Computed tomography (CT) is an ideal non-destructive technique for investigating the internal structure of fossils, in which thousands of serial images are obtained and used to produce an accurate reconstruction of the internal morphology. This paper reviews the design, development and applications of the first CT system in China dedicated exclusively to scanning fossils. The 225 kV three-dimensional (3D) fossil micro-CT (225-3D-μCT) is capable of high-resolution volumetric imaging, with a resolution up to 5 μm, and can accommodate specimens measuring up to 100 mm in diameter and 100 mm in length. The 450 kV ordinary fossil CT (450-TY-ICT) can produce high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) images of specimens ranging up to 800 mm in diameter and 1000 mm in length, with a resolution up to 200 μm. Two paleontological CT facilities represent a high-performance platform offering the functional diversity needed to meet the demands of studying fossils at a variety of different scales. The two machines have become indispensable for paleontological research in China.
