摘要: How the initial fluctuation affects on the elliptic flow is investigated by investigating the rapidity, transverse 4-velocity, centrality dependencies of elliptic flow for Au+Au at 1 GeV/A with the help of an Isospin Quantum Molecular Dynamics (IQMD). In addition, we compare the flow calculated with respect to participant plane created by the initial geometry in coordinate space with the flow reconstructed by the experimental event-plane method, and compare the flow with the experimental data of the FOPI collaboration. It shows that there exists some discrepancy between the flows reconstructed by the above two methods.

摘要: Female fig wasps differ phenotypically from conspecific males to the extent that often they cannot be associated with one another. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) of the genome and transcriptomes of one such fig wasp, Ceratosolensolmsi, generated five expression modules, which were flagged as blue, turquoise, brown, green and yellow. These involved two female-biased expression modules and three pupa-biased expression modules, respectively. Gene ontologies indicated three functional enrichment gene sets in modules turquoise and yellow. Two functional enrichment gene sets that participate in cell cycle or have nucleotide binding activityclustered in turquoise module. The functionally enriched gene set in yellow module played roles in cell differentiation, especially in neuron morphogenesis.

摘要: Cross-matching is a key technique to achieve fusion of multi-band astronomical catalogs. Due to different equipment such as various astronomical telescopes, the existence of measurement errors, and proper motions of the celestial bodies, the same celestial object will have different positions in different catalogs, making it difficult to integrate multi-band or full-band astronomical data. In this study, we propose an online cross-matching method based on pseudo-spherical indexing techniques and develop a service combining with high performance computing system (Taurus) to improve cross-matching efficiency, which is designed for the Data Center of Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory. Specifically, we use Quad Tree Cube to divide the spherical blocks of the celestial object and map the 2D space composed of R.A. and decl. to 1D space and achieve correspondence between real celestial objects and spherical patches. Finally, we verify the performance of the service using Gaia 3 and PPMXL catalogs. Meanwhile, we send the matching results to VO tools-Topcat and Aladin respectively to get visual results. The experimental results show that the service effectively solves the speed bottleneck problem of cross-matching caused by frequent I/O, and significantly improves the retrieval and matching speed of massive astronomical data.

摘要: Replication and transcription of influenza virus genome mainly depend on its RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP), composed of the PA, PB1, and PB2 subunits. Although extensively studied, the underlying mechanism of the RdRP complex is still unclear. Here we report the biochemical characterization of influenza RdRP subcomplex comprising PA, PB1, and N terminus of PB2, which exist as dimer in solution and can assemble into a tetramer state, regulated by vRNA promoter. Using single-particle cryo-electron microscopy, we have reconstructed the RdRP tetramer complex at 4.3 angstrom, highlighting the assembly and interfaces between monomers within the tetrameric structure. The individual RdRP subcomplex contains all the characterized motifs and appears as a cage-like structure. High-throughput mutagenesis profiling revealed that residues involved in the oligomer state formation are critical for viral life cycle. Our results lay a solid base for understanding the mechanism of replication of influenza and other negative-stranded RNA viruses.
