摘要: The High Energy Fragment Separator (HFRS), which is currently under construction, is a leading international radioactive beam device. Multiple sets of position-sensitive Twin Time Projection Chamber (TPC)detectors are distributed on HFRS for particle identification and beam monitoring. The twin TPCs’ readoutelectronics system operates in a trigger-less mode due to its high counting rate, leading to a challenge of handling large amounts of data. To address this problem, we introduced an event-building algorithm. This algorithmemploys a hierarchical processing strategy to compress data during transmission and aggregation. In addition,it reconstructs twin TPCs’ events online and stores only the reconstructed particle information, which significantly reduces the burden on data transmission and storage resources. Simulation studies demonstrated that thealgorithm accurately matches twin TPCs’ events and reduces more than 98% of the data volume at a countingrate of 500 kHz/channel.

摘要: As key oncogenic drivers in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), various mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) with variable drug sensitivities have been a major obstacle for precision medicine. To achieve clinical-level drug recommendations, a platform for clinical patient case retrieval and reliable drug sensitivity prediction is highly expected. Therefore, we built a database, D3EGFRdb, with the clinicopathologic characteristics and drug responses of 1,339 patients with EGFR mutations via literature mining. On the basis of D3EGFRdb, we developed a deep learning-based prediction model, D3EGFRAI, for drug sensitivity prediction of new EGFR mutation-driven NSCLC. Model validations of D3EGFRAI showed a prediction accuracy of 0.81 and 0.85 for patients from D3EGFRdb and our hospitals, respectively. Furthermore, mutation scanning of the crucial residues inside drug-binding pockets, which may occur in the future, was performed to explore their drug sensitivity changes. D3EGFR is the first platform to achieve clinical-level drug response prediction of all approved small molecule drugs for EGFR mutation-driven lung cancer and is freely accessible at https://www.d3pharma.com/D3EGFR/index.php.

摘要: By simulating the X-ray paths and the Chapman Model of a flat multi-channel plate and a curved multi-channel plate in the MATLAB, the field of view, local reflection efficiency, spherical aberration, point-spread function, collection efficiency of incident X-ray and peak-to-background ratio on the focal plane of the two devices were compared. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of the flat multi-channel plate and the curved multi-channel plate were compared.

摘要: The x-ray polycapillary lens is an optical device with good optic performance. Similar to the traditional X-ray polycapillary lens, square polycapillary slice lens was regulated on X-ray based on the full reflection principle of X-ray in the capillaries surfaces. According to its geometrical structure model and the X-ray tracing principle, a set of X-ray transmission procedures was established.
