• 伊犁河上游河谷水库浮游动物分布及水环境特征 ——以恰甫其海为例

    Abstract:为研究新疆伊犁河谷上游水库水环境质量状况,基于生物多样性指数、综合营养状态指数、 冗余分析(RDA)等方法,于2019年6月(丰水期)、9月(平水期)和12月(枯水期)对恰甫其海水库浮游动物及水环境理化指标进行了调查分析。结果表明:(1)恰甫其海共检出浮游动物37种,其中原生动物17种,轮虫10种,枝角类4种,桡足类6种;优势种主要包括侠盗虫属(Strobilidium sp.)、匣壳 虫属(Centropyxis sp.)、王氏似铃壳虫(Tintinnopsis wangi)、疣毛轮属(Synchaeta sp.)、广布多肢轮虫 (Polyarthra vulgaris),共5种;浮游动物丰水期、平水期和枯水期丰度分别为580.40 indL-1、152.68 indL-1、137.01 indL-1,生物量分别为0.550 mgL-1、0.018 mgL-1、0.007 mgL-1,丰度和生物量最大值 均出现在丰水期。(2)浮游动物多样性指数存在典型的时空分布特征,Shannon-Wiener指数(H)和 Margalef指数(D)在丰水期呈现由库尾向坝前增高的趋势,在平水期和枯水期以库中最高,H和D均值分别为 1.19 和 0.82。(3)RDA 结果表明,水温( WT)、化学需氧量(CODMn)和营养盐浓度如总氮 (TN)、总磷(TP)、硝酸盐氮(NO-3 -N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO-2 -N)、氨态氮(NH+4 -N)、正磷酸盐(PO34- -P) 等是影响浮游动物群落结构变化的主要环境因子。综合生物多样性指数和综合营养状态指数结果表 明,恰甫其海水质处于贫-中营养状态,水环境质量状况良好,可以作为鱼类越冬场、产卵场和索饵场。

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Knowledge management is an important course in library science. In order to promote the combination of theory and practice, it is necessary to reshape the teaching mode of “knowledge management” course. [Method/process] This paper combed the status quo of “knowledge management” course teaching at home and abroad, and then introduced the course teaching of “knowledge management” based on knowledge management method from two aspects: teaching stage and teaching topic. [Result/ conclusion] This paper summarizes the teaching effect of knowledge management method. This course embodies the spirit of “sharing, management and innovation”, and focuses on training students’ knowledge organization ability, planning and design ability and logicality, hoping to guide the further development of domestic “knowledge management” course.

  • Research on National Standards for New Generation Library Statistics in High-Quality Development Environment

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Under the background of high-quality development, the internal and external environment of libraries has changed greatly, and new characteristics of libraries have emerged. Library statistics, one of the important means of efficient management and scientific decision-making, can no longer fully cover and reflect the transformation of libraries and need to build a new national standard for library statistics.[Method/Process] By using the methods of network survey and comparative analysis, this paper summarized the main indicators of the development cycle and content structure of international, foreign and domestic library statistical standards.[Result/Conclusion] Based on the comparison of the development of international standards, and domestic and foreign library statistical standards, this paper carries out an in-depth analysis of the current national standards for library statistics, finds that there are mainly dilemmas of the way of formulation, the standard cycle, statistical dimensions and statistical indexes, and proposes the construction path of the new generation of national standards of library statistics around theory, leadership, generality and specialization. The paper aims to provide references for the revision of national standards of library statistics, improve library services, and enhance the status of libraries.

    Abstract: Reproductive organs are of great significance in taxonomic studies of bamboo plants. In this paper, Latin and Chinese descriptions are provided for inflorescence characters of bamboo species Bonia amplexicaulis distributed in Mashan County, Guangxi. By comparing the floral characteristics of the reproductive organ structure of Bonia species B. saxatilis, B. parvifloscula and B. amplexicaulis, the three species have the same reproductive organ structure characteristics, and there are differences in the number and size of florets. The comparison of reproductive organs shows that the reproductive organs of Bonia species have special adaptability to karst geomorphic environment, supports that they are independent species.
