Abstract： In order to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in urban and rural areas and further improve the living standards of farmers, the rural revitalization strategy has been put forward in China. Rural cultural revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization, and rural public cultural service is the main carrier of rural cultural revitalization. Through literature research, network research and case analysis, the article makes a systematic review of the research and practice results of rural public cultural services in China to promote rural revitalization, analyzing in depth the logical relationship and internal mechanism of rural public cultural services to promote rural revitalization. The study finds that there are three main models of rural public cultural services to advance rural revitalization:cultural soul-building, integration of culture and tourism, and cultural and agricultural mutual assistance. The article also analyzes how rural public cultural services can better promote rural revitalization and achieve high-quality development with respect to key elements such as environmental patterns, participating subjects, product services, and realization methods.

Abstract： This article elaborates on the basic principles of developmental bibliotherapy, focusing on various common emotional distress issues prevalent among contemporary college students. It highlights “book prescriptions” selected by experts from both domestic and international literature aimed at enhancing personal emotional management and mental health construction among college students. The article further calls for university libraries to acquire a range of domestic and international “healing” literature and creatively establish therapeutic reading spaces such as “Joyful Reading Bar”, “Worry-Free Reading Desk”, and “Heart-Warming Book House”. It emphasizes prioritizing the cultivation of librarians with backgrounds in psychology, education, and reading culture to manage the “healing” literature collections and provide therapeutic reading space services and reference consultations. This approach aims to deepen, expand, and innovate reading promotion among college students, thus contributing to the cultivation of academic culture and spiritual civilization on campus.

Abstract： It is of great practical significance for university libraries to carry out therapeutic reading services for university students to improve their emotional management and psychological construction abilities. Over the years, the libraries of North China University of Science and Technology, Sichuan University, and Zhejiang Chinese Medical University have launched therapeutic reading services, integrating distinctive characteristics of different disciplines and achieving demonstrative significance domestically, with participation and recognition from faculty and students of these universities. Through case study method, this paper interprets and analyzes the therapeutic reading activities conducted by the three university libraries, aiming to sort out and summarize the role of multidisciplinary integration in university students’ therapeutic reading activities. It proposes recommendations for university libraries to carry out therapeutic reading activities incorporating multidisciplinary integration.

Abstract： The issue of student mental health has become a common concern among families, schools, and the whole society, with an increasing number of university libraries joining in the activities supporting student mental health. Libraries in Chinese universities can learn from the theoretical and empirical research on student mental health support conducted by university libraries in the UK and the US to better improve the mental health conditions of their students. This study reviews the concepts and practical cases of student mental health support services in university libraries in the UK and the US, summarizing experiences from which. It offers insights for university libraries in China on providing student mental health support services: establishing a holistic and systematic view of student mental health, actively seeking collaborations to enhance the professionalism and coverage of services, and developing new service forms suitable for the environment.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] By quantitatively describing the research landscape of the discipline of library, information and archives management (LIAM), this paper can provide decision support for the establishment of cooperative relationships between institutions, thus promoting the development of interinstitutional cooperation. [Method/Process] By using LDA model and network analysis method, this paper took 67 LIAM schools in China as an example. By thematic clustering of faculty’s self-reported research interest texts, the similarity network of institutions was constructed, and community division and potential cooperative relationship mining were performed. [Result/Conclusion] It is found that the current research interests of LIAM faculties in China mainly involve 11 topics, such as information resource management, informetrics and competitive intelligence, and information services and users. The sample schools can be divided into 7 communities, containing 457 pairs of potential cooperative relationships. In the future, in addition to taking part in five approaches of disciplinary integration, LIAM can fully carry out interinstitutional cooperation in scientific research and educational practice in different fields.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The article reveals the academic contributions and evolution features of major countries of library and information science since 2002 on the dimensions of outputs of papers, citations and research topics, in the hope of providing a reference for the subject construction and related researchers tracking research topics and frontiers.[Method/process] Based on 86 core journals in the last 15 years of library and information science in Web of Science, the article used research methods including bibliometrics, scientific knowledge maps and econometric models, utilized data analysis tools including TDA, Ucinet and VOSviewer. The article gave an in-depth analysis of the academic contribution of major countries of library and information science from the following perspectives:academic papers amount, citation features and theme features. Meanwhile, the article built a metrological model to examine the impact of spatial distance and academic ability on academic cooperation among major countries.[Result/conclusion] The United States has a strong scientific research strength in the field of library and information science, China has the fastest growth of academic contribution, Netherlands, Finland and Belgium all excel in quoted rate indicators. The research topics mainly focus on the eight thematic areas of libraries, information retrieval, internet, knowledge management, social networks, metrology, user study and research methods. Britain, Spain, China and the United States have the most extensive research topics. Spatial distance and academic capabilities have a significant impact on academic cooperation among countries.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The research on annual report system is a new topic in the construction of the library industry under the current legal environment. It is of great significance for carrying out standardization work, promoting the openness of library affairs, improving the management system, and recording the statistical data of "cultural planning".[Method/process] By the method of literature research, network research and so on, this paper investigated and analyzed the columns, publication forms, delivery time and content of the selected 23 city libraries' annual reports.[Result/conclusion] The survey found that the annual report of Chinese city library restricts the further development of library from many aspects, including the compilation, design, design, supervision and achievement transformation.In the preparation of the annual report, the city library must adhere to the principles of mandatory, time-limited, authentic, open, comprehensive, innovative, easy to understand/legible. At the same time, attention should be paid to design and promotion. Besides, long-term supervision mechanism should be established, and the results of the annual report should be emphasized.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the substantial growth of the number of academic articles, researchers usually spend more time in searching, acquiring and understanding the content of academic articles under the current publishing modes. In order to facilitate scientific information can be disseminated and exchanged rapidly, a new publishing mode:semantic publishing, which focuses more on the fine-grained content of academic journals, is arising in academic communities. This paper intends to introduce a representative semantic publishing mode:"nanopublication", and explore the possibility and characteristics of application in different subject fields. [Method/process] Firstly, we introduced the nanopublication model.Secondly, we reviewed the current status of nanopublication's application by literature review. Finally, we analyzed the characteristics of nanopublication's application in different subject areas with examples. [Result/conclusion] The research shows that:①Nanopublication is mainly used in biomedical field currently, seldom used in the fields of computer science and human science, and hardly used in other fields; ②It is possible to extend nanopublication to other subject fields, and construct nanopublications according to the characteristics of different subject fields.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes the theme structure and features of Chinese library and information science articles published in international authoritative journals. [Method/process] This paper analyzed the literature keywords, it divided the research into three stages according to the changes in the number of annual papers, and combed out the overall research topics. Then, we chose the stage with maximum number of papers and the fastest rising speed of publishing, and broke it into several phases to analyze the sequential change of topics by the method of keyword co-occurrence.[Result/conclusion] The research topics of our country scholar are relatively concentrated and less diverse. Scientometrics and social network theme analysis have developed rapidly in the past ten years,and the research themes on knowledge organization and management have been popular.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Semantic annotation of digital images is an effective way to solve this problem. The foundation of semantic image annotation is the construction of semantic models. This paper intends to review the existing mainstream semantic models for image annotation, and explore their advantages and disadvantages.[Method/process] Firstly, four representative semantic models for image annotation were reviewed, including Eakins model, Jaimes & Chang model, Kong model and Panofsky model, using literature survey, and then the first three models from three aspects (i.e. semantic level, extensibility and application range) were compared and analyzed using comparative analysis.[Result/conclusion] Through the above analysis, it can be concluded that Eakins model has the most comprehensive semantic level, the strongest semantic expression ability and the widest application range, whereas Kong model is the most scalable and adaptable one.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the fierce market competition, SMEs lack the ability to build a competitive intelligence system independently due to resource constraints. However, the existing information sharing models also have problems such as insecure central data, uneven distribution of interests, and information asymmetry. Therefore, they have not been widely recognized and applied by SMEs and intelligence service organizations. In order to improve the competitive intelligence sharing of SMEs, this paper proposes a blockchain-based SME competitive intelligence sharing platform, which has the advantages of decentralization, equal interests, and security traceability.[Method/process] Firstly, the article introduced the blockchain-based SME competitive intelligence sharing platform model and implementation process. Then, it designed a credit score system as an incentive mechanism to solve the problem of reasonable interest distribution in the process of sharing information. Finally, based on the traceability and non-tamper ability of the blockchain and the use of encryption algorithms, ensure the security and credibility of intelligence sharing were guaranteed.[Result/conclusion] Through comparative analysis, it is found that the sharing platform proposed in this paper, compared with the previous competitive intelligence sharing research, has advantages such as fair distribution of benefits, equal sharing of intelligence, and trustworthiness of transactions, which can promote the development of information sharing among SMEs.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of link analysis in the domestic empirical research of websites, and to analyze the progress and shortcomings of relevant research.[Method/process] Combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of previous studies from seven perspectives, including research purposes, research objects, research indicators, research tools, research methods, research conclusions and suggestions.[Result/conclusion] The study found that the related research developed rapidly and showed certain characteristics, such as many papers have 1-2 research purposes, evaluating the impact of the site and analyzing the status of the site is the main content, the scope of the research object is expanding, the attention of some new websites has been enhanced, and the university websites, enterprise websites and government websites are still the main ones. At the same time, some studies also have some shortcomings, such as the research methods are mostly duplicated, the research indicators are not innovative enough, and the performance of research tools is still limited. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the promotion process of the civil reading, it is of great social significance to meet the reading needs of visually impaired people and ensure their reading rights. With the advent of the Internet era, people's reading habits and interests begin to expand from traditional texts to diversified forms, such as words, images and graphics.[Method/process] In this paper, the related problems of blind reading are discussed and a novel tactile interaction framework for blind reading is presented. The tactile cognition and perceived characteristics is firstly analyzed and then a set of the key issues about blind reading are elucidated. By introducing a typical force feedback device to build a tactile interaction system, the experiment is comprised of two stages:the effectiveness of tactile reading and the comprehensibility of information resources at different levels.[Result/conclusion] Experimental results showed that the tactile interaction system has excellent performances in immersion, interactivity and feasibility. It is proved that there are differences in the difficulty of tactile reading and comprehensibility of information resources at different levels, and the rational introduction of cognitive training mechanism can effectively improve the operator's perception and recognition ability.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The research on bibliographic control under the modern information technology environment has entered a new stage. Comprehending the foreign research trends in bibliographic control and gaining experience from it can promote the exchange of bibliographic data and achieve global literature resources sharing.[Method/process] Through multiple search methods including Web of Science and other platforms, this paper utilized content analysis methods to investigate and analyze foreign bibliographic control research in the past ten years.[Result/conclusion] On the basis of combing the connotation of bibliographic control theory, this paper summarizes the research on foreign bibliographic control into 4 themes:research on regional bibliographic control development, research on bibliographic control of various types of documents, research on standardization of bibliographic control, and comprehensive research on bibliographic control. This paper explores the new growth areas of bibliographic control research under the digital environment, points out that bibliographic control is an extension of the bibliographic theory in the era of big data, a method of structuring digital information resources, and the basis of precise and personalized library service. Based on the status in China, development suggestions for the good operation of bibliographic control and the orderly utilization of information resources are given in the end.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Argument mining can identify the argument structure in argumentative texts, so as to help users to understand the reason and process of drawing a conclusion, and thus has important academic and application value. In recent years, argument mining has obtained great attention in social media content mining, legal assistance judgment, decision support and so on, and become a new research direction in the field of text mining. The purpose of this paper is to sort out and summarize the existing studies and application of argument mining, to discover new research hot spots, and to provide reference for future research. [Method/process] We serched literatures by using the keywords of "argument mining OR argument component OR argument structure OR argumentation mining" from the Web of Science and ACL databases and obtained a total of 220 articles, and then analyzed them from three aspects:argument models, argument mining tasks and argument mining applications by intensive reading and content analysis. [Result/conclusion] The research on argument mining has just started. Existing studies focused more on simple argumentative texts such as social media, and ignored complex argumentative texts such as scientific papers. In future, researchers can focus on the argument mining of complex texts and carry out research from three aspects:argument annotation schemas, the identification of argument components and relationships, and the optimization of argument structures.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This study aims to make an analysis of the behavior characteristics of personal health information management of online health community users. And the relationship between the elements of "platform-PHIM-health goals" is discussed.[Method/process] Online healthy community users with lupus erythematosus were selected as the subjects. Clustering is used to identify groups with different levels of personal health information management behavior measurement, and One-way ANOVA is used to make a comparative study of different groups.[Result/conclusion] The behaviors of personal health information management based on online health community are defined as health information finding, health topic interaction and health information sharing. First of all, there are significant differences in the level of personal health information management behaviors of lupus patients in online health community. Second, there is a positive correlation between the perceived social support and personal health information management. Third, there is a positive correlation between personal health information management and users' health goals. This study aims to provide suggestions for online health community to improve its service and to improve personal health information management for chronic patients.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Many research findings in digital humanities have emerged in China, and digital humanities develops gradually from the cognitive exploration stage to the digital exploration stage in recent years. From the micro perspective of "data resources" and "digital technology", this paper describes the actual panorama of the collision between "digital" and "humanity" by quantitative analysis, in order to have an intuitive and practical cognition of "digital-type" research in digital humanities.[Method/process] By using bibliometrics, qualitative analysis and multi-dimensional scale analysis, this paper made an in-depth analysis and reflection on domestic digital humanities related research from the aspects of research institutions distribution, interdisciplinary characteristics, "digital" utilization and primary research types.[Result/conclusion] From the perspective of research institutions, digital humanities research is evenly distributed and has broad space in multiple disciplines; from the perspective of data, a few large thematic databases and data self-collated by researchers are the main sources; from the perspective of research types, there are resource building research, tool-driven research and scenario-integrated research, each of them has a specific focus, and scenario-integrated research achieves a better balance between "digital" and "humanity". In the future, it is necessary to actively build appropriate data infrastructures, cultivate the digital academic ability of scholars, and promote the transformation of the role of "humanity" to support the paradigm change of digital humanities research.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Scientific research, especially medical research, is full of uncertainty. Identifying contradictory knowledge claims in research will help identify "scientific divergence/inconsistent scientific conclusions", promote identification of potentially transformative scientific research and improve related research. [Method/process] Taking Alzheimer's disease as an example, this article used SemRep to extract triples from the PubMed abstract data. Based on the knowledge claim identification rules that represented contradictory meanings, this article classified source sentences according to the degree of uncertainty and used single-sentence recognition and cross-sentence recognition respectively to identify contradictory medical research knowledge claims expressed in the form of triples. [Result/conclusion] A total of 49 groups (involving 277 pairs of triples) contradictory knowledge claims are identified from 6574 PubMed medical abstracts. There are still some controversies and contradictions in the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease, which need to be further verified. The identification of contradictory knowledge claims provides new ideas for the frontier discoveries of potentially transformative medical research, which can be used for knowledge discovery based on knowledge measurement and provide references for the reliability calculation of knowledge graph.
