The Documentation and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences will work closely with the nursing community to build a national-level academic exchange platform for nursing preprints. Prof. Chu Jingli pointed out that the construction of a preprint platform is a systematic project. To build such a non-profit open access platform requires the active exploration and promotion of various institutions and experts, forming a virtuous circle of construction and development of the preprint platform. Professor Chu put forward the problems that need to be solved in the construction of the preprint platform and gave suggestions based on six aspects: preprint policy, multi-party publicity, possible obstacles, platform functions, the role of the organizer, and sustainable development.
