This activity is divided into two groups and carried out simultaneously. On February 22, Chu Jingli, the person in charge of the preprint platform construction project, led a team to Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and Soochow University, and gave a lecture on "Preprint and New Academic Communication" to more than 150 teachers and students from the two universities. He also held discussions with relevant leaders, experts and scholars from the Office of Scientific Research Productivity and Innovation of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Soochow University School of Sociology, and the libraries of the two universities. At the same time, Liu Jingyu, the co-director of the project, went to the Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and worked with the heads of the Science and Technology Division, Journal Center and Information Center of the two units to jointly build the field The preprint platform carried out exchanges, and related work was actively supported by the Institute. Li Yuan, Director of the Editing and Publishing Department of the National Science Library，Chinese Academy of Sciences, participated in some exchange activities. In addition, the project team also introduced the platform to more than 200 experts and scholars engaged in theoretical research and practice of think tanks at the "Eighth New Think Tank Construction Seminar" held on February 23. ChinaXiv is the academic support platform for this conference. Within this year, the "Preprint (ChinaXiv) Entering the Academic Community" event will continue to be held to continuously enhance the influence of the ChinaXiv platform and become an important platform to support open exchanges in the academic community. At the same time, it will solicit and invite more cooperation to promote the further development of the platform.
