Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the cause of fistula allergic contact dermatitis in hemodialysis patients and the affection of nursing. The key points of nursing care include exploring the triggers, that is, daily contact with medical consumables such as hemostatic patches, puncture needles, fixing tapes, and disinfectants on the patient's internal fistula skin. Based on the patient's experience of contact with the above items and liquids, use the elimination method to search for disease factors. Before this, the medical team recommended immediate and appropriate care for the affected area, such as applying dexamethasone ointment to the affected skin to cover the inflammatory area. Secondly, empirically replace the disinfectant. Then, a mark is placed on the cover of the patient's medical record, a second shift handover is carried out through online communication, and the patient's family members are contacted to keep up with the condition. Finally, health education is provided to the patient, such as how to use ointments and skin care methods for the affected area. In about a week, the patient's skin inflammation at the fistula subsided and the itching disappeared.
