Abstract:
[Purpose/significance] The aim is to use knowledge management theory to solve the problem
of relevance and lack of initiative in current case teaching, and to open a new way of thinking to better
cultivate the theory and practice, and to have a creative and creative era. [Method/process] Using literature
analysis and multidisciplinary theory interactive fusion analysis methods. Firstly, the problems in the current
case teaching were put forward, and then the feasibility of applying knowledge management theory was
analyzed in combination with the existing literature, and the conclusion that knowledge management and
education are common is drawn. Finally, the strategy of constructing a case teaching knowledge management
system is proposed. [Result/conclusion] The knowledge management system of case teaching consists of two
principles, the elements of knowledge management and the elements of teaching. The two principles are the
principle of relevance and initiative. The elements of knowledge management include people, knowledge and
technology. Human factors exist in the form of knowledge diversity, and knowledge elements are stored by
case. Revolving around the principle of initiative, the principle of teaching and collaboration with technical
elements serve as the axis and intermediary of the mutual transformation of the knowledge community
and case knowledge base to jointly form a knowledge management cycle system of internal and external
knowledge interaction.
