Nursing experience of applying ear acupoint pressure therapy to a patient with chest pain accompanied by anxiety and insomnia
摘要: 本文观察耳穴贴压治疗1例胸痹加失眠焦虑患者的效果，总结相关护理经验，在实施中医特色治疗护理中，常常会采用耳穴贴压治疗。这种治疗方法通常会结合常规护理、饮食护理和情志护理一起进行。耳穴贴压治疗的护理技术方法，作用直接、效果明显、无副作用，患者身心状态及生活质量有所提高，是促进患者康复的关键。
Abstract: This article observes the effect of ear acupoint pressure therapy on a patient with chest pain and insomnia anxiety, summarizes relevant nursing experience, and often uses ear acupoint pressure therapy in the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment nursing. This treatment method usually combines routine care, dietary care, and emotional care. The nursing techniques and methods of ear acupoint pressure therapy have a direct and obvious effect, without any side effects, and improve the physical and mental state and quality of life of patients, which is the key to promoting their recovery.
