Construction of Security System and Operation Mode of Intelligence Comprehensive National Science Center——Take Hefei as an Example postprint

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the intelligence security system of comprehensive national science center in Hefei, and provides suggestions for the development of science and technology innovation, it can provide reference for the construction of domestic science center.[Method/process] Firstly, this paper gave a brief overview for the characteristics of intelligence needs and the intelligence security system of a comprehensive national science center. Then, it analyzed the role of intelligence security of comprehensive national science center, pointed out three directions to face the construction of intelligence security system. Finally, we studied the construction and operation mode of intelligence security core system about comprehensive national science center in Hefei.[Result/conclusion] The intelligence security system of the comprehensive national science center should serve the strategy of innovation-driven development, and its content and scope should be wider and more comprehensive. The framework of intelligence security system is constructed by multiagent, and serves the planning and management of the National Science Center, as well as the various circles and levels. The intelligence security system should focus on intelligence platform, intelligence talent team, information infrastructure and intelligence management system. The operation mode of intelligence security system is a process of interconnecting and interacting with internal intelligence platform and external intelligence cooperation, it is led by the government. Besides, it's also the process of creating and realizing intelligence resources. Therefore, it can serve the innovative development.
