Abstract:
[Purpose/Significance] In the context of the construction of digital China, information resource management is facing increasingly extensive and profound changes. Taking science and technology archival information resources as an example, introducing digital innovation management thinking into information resource management work, exploring a digital innovation management element system for information resources with practical guidance, and better playing the role of innovation driver can help improve the overall effectiveness of China's digital innovation system and open up a path of innovation management that is compatible with the construction of digital China. [Method/Process] Based on the concept of digital innovation management, The Kunliulong DC project was selected as the object of a typical case study. 19 qualitative data texts were obtained through semi-structured interview, and the data texts were coded and analyzed using the thematic analysis method. [Result/Conclusion] Finally, taking digital technology innovation as the foundation support, the integration and interaction among six dimensions of digital technology innovation, digital institutional innovation, digital strategic innovation, digital cultural innovation, digital organizational innovation and digital knowledge innovation are explored, breaking through the innovation element dimensions proposed by existing theories, providing theoretical support for the realization of all-round digital innovation in the field of science and technology archives management, and a digital innovation management element system for information resources is constructed based on this. It effectively overcomes the problems of resource mismatch and ineffective innovation caused by "fragmented innovation" in the field of information resources innovation management.
