Current Situation, Difficulties and Countermeasures of Intellectual Property Information Service in Chinese Universities postprint

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Intellectual property is an important embodiment of economic, technology and cultural strength, and has become a strategic resource that countries are competing for. Under the background of building an intellectual property power, it is urgent to improve the ability and level of intellectual property information service aiming at supporting the technological innovation and the construction of "double first-class" initiative.[Method/process] Through the analysis of current situation of intellectual property information service in Chinese universities, this paper summarizes the problems in carrying out intellectual property information service and puts forward countermeasures.[Result/conclusion] In order to solve the problems of intellectual property information service in universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as changing the orientation of scientific research evaluation, strengthening the construction of intellectual property information resources, constructing the standard system of intellectual property information service, strengthening the cultivating of talents, linking up the whole chain of industry-university-research cooperation, and utilizing big data and artificial intelligence technology effectively.
