Research on Interactive Narrative of government-citizen interaction data from the perspective of distributed cognition

Abstract: Purpose/significance The government-citizen interaction data is of great value to improve social governance. Based on the perspective of distributed cognition, this paper applies the idea of interactive narrative to the analysis of government-citizen interaction data, and provides ideas and method guidance for the efficient transmission of the value of government-citizen interaction data. Method/process Drawing on the distributed cognitive theory of psychology and the idea of interactive narrative in storytelling engineering, the interdisciplinary research method is used to analyse the cognitive subject, the cognitive object and the cognitive environment of the interactive narrative of government-citizen interaction data. On this basis, the model of interactive narrative is proposed from the perspective of the cognitive object, and the realization path of interactive narrative is explored from the perspective of the cognitive environment. Result/conclusion Compared with the traditional static narrative, interactive narrative is more flexible, and the distributed cognitive theory provides a systematic theoretical framework for the realization of interactive narrative of government-citizen interactive data, which has an important guiding significance for giving play to the decision-making enabling value of government-citizen interactive data.
