Changes in the urine proteome after massage in healthy people
摘要: 本研究旨在探究按摩对健康人尿液蛋白质组造成的影响。在该项研究中,受试者接受时长为1h的全身按摩,在按摩前和按摩后2、24 h收集尿液样本并使用液相色谱-串联质谱技术 (LC-MS/MS) 对尿蛋白进行分析。与按摩前相比,按摩后2h组共鉴定到41个差异蛋白,按摩后24 h组共鉴定到29个差异蛋白。其中按摩后2h组差异蛋白富集到的生物学过程有儿茶酚胺生物合成过程,该过程与促进代谢和神经活动调节有关,而按摩后24h差异蛋白并未富集到有效的生物学过程,可见24h后按摩所导致的尿液蛋白质组差异逐渐变小。该结果表明,尿液蛋白质组可以反映微小按摩刺激后机体的变化,这提供了一种研究按摩疗法作用功效的新方法。
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of massage on the urine proteome of healthy people. In this study, subjects underwent 1h whole body massage. Urine samples were collected at 0, 2, and 24h after the massage and urine proteins were analyzed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Compared with the control (before massage), 41 differential proteins were identified in the group 2h after massage and 29 in the group 24h after massage. The biological process of protein enrichment in the 2h group after the massage was catecholamine biosynthesis, which is related to the promotion of metabolism and the regulation of neural activities, while the differentially expressed proteins in the 24h group after massage were not involved in any effective biological process, indicating that the difference in urine proteome caused by massage gradually decreased after 24h. The results suggest that the proteome of urine can reflect changes in the body after minor massage stimuli, providing a new way to study the efficacy of massage therapy.
