Nursing of a patient with inadequate breast milk production treated by stone needle therapy combined with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint postprint

Abstract: This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of inadequate breast milk production treated by stone needle therapy combined with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint. The main contents of the article included nursing assessment, method and precautions of stone needle therapy, method of intradermal needle at auricular acupoint, Traditional Chinese Medicine diet intervention and emotional care. Based on the risk assessment and routine care, the stone needle therapy combined with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint is safe and effective to relieve the breast pain and promote the breast milk production.
