[目的] 本文针对中文出版物中不同字体、不同书写系统的阅读绩效进行客观对比研究。 [方法] 具体地,将汉字渲染成其对应字形的图像,并进一步按照语序把句子中的汉字图像折叠成为三维的句子张量。对于同一段中文文本,用不同的字体或者简体、繁体会得到句子的视觉差异化的张量表达。通过进一步将得到句子张量输入到我们设计的深度语言模型,进行文本分类等任务的测试,可以客观地比较字体和书写系统对阅读绩效的影响。 [结果] 通过在两个中文文本分类数据集上的测试发现,一些特殊不常用字体相较于常用字体的机器识别准确度较低,并且常用字体中不同字体的阅读绩效也有差异。 [结论] 通过假设检验得出使用楷体和黑体的数据集在文本分类任务上的准确度存在显著性差异,楷体相比于黑体来说阅读绩效更高。简体中文和繁体中文的阅读绩效存在显著性差异。

Spectrum Broadening due to Nonselective Linear Absorption

The position and linewidth of emission spectrum reflect the physical information inside an object observed. So keeping them from distortion is very important in the measurement of spectrum. However, the emission spectra are not always kept their forms. We let the near-infrared emission of a sodium lamp pass through a nonselective linear absorbing filter and then observe the emission spectrum. It is found that the spectral lines will be broadened when the power of the emission just after the filter becomes low enough, and the lower the transmittance of the filter is, the more obvious the effect is. This is another broadening effect different from the known ones and is likely to be another independent evidence for discrete wavelet structure of classical plane light waves.

目的/意义 面对世界范围内各种思想文化交流、交融、交锋的新形势,深入挖掘国际传媒研究热点,对促进我国传媒领域的学术发展与学科体系完善具有重要意义。 方法/过程 本文以Web of Science数据库中2015年至2019年传媒类期刊文献数据为基础,结合概率主题模型、文献计量方法以及自然语言处理技术对文档内容和元数据进行联合建模,构建国家-主题分布矩阵,较为全面地挖掘了近五年来国际传媒研究的地理分布与知识结构,最终落脚于国内传媒领域研究的热点主题分析。 结果/结论 研究结果表明,数字技术推动新媒体蓬勃发展,不断刺激传媒领域的产业升级与文化重塑。我国部分主题在理论研究、产学交流、学科融合等方面仍存在探索与提升的空间,需要在重视理论研究与应用研究、基础学科与新兴学科协同发展的基础上,开展符合国内需求、具有国际视野的传媒研究,为传媒领域的持续深入发展添砖加瓦。

谦虚是东西方文化下共同提倡的一种优秀品质和美德。已有研究发现,谦虚作为一种重要的心理属性,对个体的生活和工作产生了广泛的积极影响。这种影响效应及其功能机制可以从认知、动机和规范三个角度进行归纳、分析:“自知之明”的认知机制、“社会润滑剂”的动机机制和“传统美德”的规范机制。未来研究应该进一步探索谦虚的心理结构、分析谦虚功能体现的潜在边界条件、考察谦虚功能的神经基础。

引入眼动注视点的联合-交叉负载多模态认知诊断建模

多模态数据为实现对认知结构的精准诊断及其他认知特征(如, 认知风格)的全面反馈提供了可能性。为实现对题目作答精度、作答时间(RT)和视觉注视点数(FC)的联合分析,本文基于联合-交叉负载建模法提出三个多模态认知诊断模型。实证研究及模拟研究结果表明:(1)联合分析比分离分析更适用于多模态数据;(2)新模型可直接利用RT和FC中信息提高潜在能力或潜在属性的估计准确性;(3)新模型的参数估计返真性较好;(4)忽略交叉负载所导致的负面结果比冗余考虑交叉负载所导致的更严重。

Properties of several fuzzy set spaces

This paper discusses the properties the spaces of fuzzy sets in a metric s- pace equipped with the endograph metric and the sendograph metric, re- spectively. We fist discuss the level characterizations of the Γ-convergence and the endograph metric, and point out the elementary relationships among Γ-convergence, endograph metric and the sendograph metric. On the basis of these results, we present the characterizations of total boundedness, rel- ative compactness and compactness in the space of compact positive α-cuts fuzzy sets equipped with the endograph metric, and in the space of com- pact support fuzzy sets equipped with the sendograph metric, respectively. Furthermore, we give completions of these two kinds of spaces, respectively.

SEPRES: Sepsis prediction via a clinical data integration system and real-world studies in the intensive care unit

Background: Sepsis is vital in critical care medicine, and early detection and intervention are key to survival. We aimed to establish an early warning system for sepsis based on a data integration system that can be implemented in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: We trained the LightGBM and multilayer perceptron on the open-source database Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care for sepsis prediction. An ensemble sepsis prediction model was established based on the transfer learning and ensemble learning technique on the private dataset of Ruijin Hospital. The Shapley Additive Explanations analysis was applied to present feature importance on the prediction inference. With the development of data-integrating hub to collect and transmit data from different brands of ICU medical devices, the data integration system was established to receive, integrate, standardize, and store the real-time clinical data. In this way, the sepsis prediction model developed in the ICU of the Ruijin Hospital for the real-world study of sepsis early warning on ICU management. The trial was registered with ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05088850). Findings: Our best early warning model achieved an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) of 0·9833 in the task of detecting sepsis in 4-h preceding on the open-source database, while our ensemble model achieved an AUC of 0·9065?0·9436 in the retrospective research from 1?5-h preceding on the private database, and 0·8636?0·8992 in real-time real-world studies using the data integration system in the ICU of the Ruijin Hospital. In the continuous early warning process of patients admitted to the ICU, 22 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for sepsis during hospitalization were predicted as positive cases; 29 patients without sepsis were predicted as negative cases. Additionally, 17 patients were predicted as false-positive cases; in six patients with sepsis during ICU stay, the predicted probabilities at different time nodes were all less than the warning threshold 0·7 and predicted as false-negative cases. Interpretation: Machine learning models could allow accurate and real-time inference to detect sepsis onset within 5-h preceding at most with the help of the data integration system. We identified the features such as age, antibiotics, ventilation, and net balance to be important for the sepsis prediction inference. We argue that this system has promising potential to improve ICU management by helping medical practitioners identify at-sepsis-risk patients and prepare for timely diagnosis and intervention.
