本文的目的是建立区块链生态系统中采矿池博弈共识均衡的一般框架,特别是在区块链生态系统中,通过使用一个新的概念“共识博弈(Consensus Game)”,解释与挖掘差距(Gap Games)博弈行为相关的共识均衡存在的意义上的稳定性,这里,区块链生态系统主要是指应用2008年中本聪(Nakamoto)所提出的“工作证明”(Proof of Work) 这一关键共识,将区块链工作的费用、报酬机制和采矿权三类不同因素考虑在内的经济活动。 为了做到这一点,我们首先概述了采矿池游戏共识均衡的一般存在性是如何表述的,然后通过区块链共识框架下共识均衡的存在性来解释比特币缺口博弈 (Gap博弈) 稳定性,然后利用博弈论中矿工的利润函数作为收益,建立了一般矿业缺口博弈一致均衡的一般存在性结果。作为应用,建立了缺口博弈 (Gap博弈)一致均衡的一般存在性结果,这不仅有助于我们在区块链生态系统的一般框架下断言缺口博弈 (Gap博弈) 的一般稳定性的存在性,但也让我们能够说明在研究采矿池博弈时的一些不同现象,这些现象可能是由于采矿者的(Gap博弈)行为与嵌入比特币经济学的情景造成的。 我们对区块链生态系统挖掘缺口博弈稳定性的解释研究表明,共识均衡的概念可能对共识经济学基础理论的发展起到重要作用

在临床实践中,大脑在心脏停跳数分钟后会出现不可逆的损伤,如果30分钟后患者仍未能成功复苏,将被宣布临床死亡。最新研究显示,在心脏停跳后数小时后,猪的大脑细胞功能仍可在体外得到恢复。然而,在离体状态下意识能否恢复尚不清楚。本研究中,我们建立了用于循环停止后大脑体外复苏的常温机械灌注技术。我们发现大脑单独灌注即能维持大脑循环、细胞结构、代谢活动和脑干功能,但不能恢复大脑意识。而在肝脏的支持下,大脑整体的电活动和意识得以恢复,大脑功能至少可以维持22小时。该技术能够使热缺血50分钟的大脑恢复意识。研究结果表明,肝脏辅助下的大脑常温机械灌注技术可以在循环停止较长时间内恢复和维持大脑的意识。

针对目前大多数的低秩张量填充(LRTC)模型存在过度稀疏而导致数据的细微特征被忽略的现象, 本文借助框架变换和低秩矩阵分解, 提出了一个基于近似稀疏的低秩张量填充(AS-LRTC) 模型, 进一步设计了块逐次上界极小化(BSUM) 算法求解该模型. 在一定条件下可以证明该算法的收敛性, 大量的实验结果表明本文提出的算法比现有一些经典算法有明显的优势.

An Explanation of the Interactions between Waves and Electrons: Discussion of Electromagnetic Fields

The interactions between waves and electrons are the basis of vacuum tubes and particle accelerators. In order to further understand the interactions, we proposed a new electromagnetic model. In this model, the photon is composed of two elementary particles – ephoton and mphoton, which are the basic particles that form the electric fields and magnetic fields, respectively. There are many ephotons around the electrons and the electrons can absorb the ephotons. The proposed electromagnetic model can well explain the electromagetic phenomena and the interactions between waves and electrons.

以MMN、p-MMR作为汉语词汇声调感知的神经关联物,探究2~4岁汉语普通话儿童前注意阶段对声调刺激的失匹配响应,关注范畴信息和偏差大小两个因素对儿童感知水平的影响。结果显示:在范畴间大偏差条件下(T1/T3),诱发明显的MMN;在范畴内或小偏差条件下(T3a/T3、T3b/T3、T2/T3),都未诱发显著的MMR。表明:2~4岁普通话儿童正处于声调感知能力的发展过程中,音位信息和声学信息共同影响其声调感知。

基于自我介绍视频的人格预测技术研究

人格影响着个体的工作生活方式,对于个体的心理疏导、职业发展等具有重要指导意义。传统方法通过量表测评人格得分存在个体拒绝回答、盲目作答等问题,近年来随着机器学习的发展为人格识别提供了新的思路。本文使用被试者自我介绍视频和大五人格量表得分,经过关键点提取、特征降维、建模、迭代调参等步骤,针对不同人格维度得到不同的预测模型。测试结果表明,基于自我介绍视频的人格预测模型在各维度都接近或达到中等相关,能够提供无侵扰的人格自动识别,为人格测量提供了新的思路。

Germline polymorphisms have been linked with differential survival outcomes in cancers but have not been well studied in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Here, two-phase association study is conducted to discover germline polymorphisms that are associated with the prognosis of NPC. The discovery phase includes two consecutive hospital cohorts of patients with NPC from Southern China. Exome-wide genotypes at 246,173 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are determined, followed by survival analysis for each SNP under Cox proportional hazards regression model. Candidate SNP is replicated in another two independent cohorts from Southern China and Singapore. Meta-analysis of all samples (n = 5,553) confirm that the presence of rs1131636-T, located in the 3′-UTR of RPA1, confers an inferior overall survival (HR = 1.33, 95% CI = 1.20-1.47, P = 6.31 × 10-8). Bioinformatics and biological assays show that rs1131636 has regulatory effects on upstream RPA1. Functional studies further demonstrate that RPA1 promoted the growth, invasion, migration, and radioresistance of NPC cells. Additionally, miR-1253 has been identified as a suppressor for RPA1 expression, likely through regulation of its binding affinity to rs1131636 locus. Collectively, these findings provide a promising biomarker aiding in stratifying patients with poor survival, as well as a potential drug target for NPC.

Brain Functional Specialization is Enhanced among Tai Chi Chuan Practitioners

Objective: To investigate the effect of long-term Tai Chi Chuan (TCC) practice on practitioners’ brain functional specialization compare with the TCC novices. Methods: 22 TCC practitioners (52.4 ± 6.8 years; 7 males; educated years:12.18 ± 3.03 years) and 18 healthy controls (54.8 ± 6.8 years; 8 males; education years:11.78 ± 2.90 years) matched by age, sex, and education were enrolled. Participants underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanning and cognitive test to measure the differences in functional specialization and cognitive function. Functional specialization was evaluated by voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) method. Results: Lower middle frontal gyrus (MFG) VMHC in TCC practitioners compared to controls. For TCC practitioners, the longer they practice, the lower their VMHC in precentral and precuneus. TCC practitioners showed better cognition performance. Limitations: Relatively small sample size. Conclusions: Changed VMHC indicated that TCC practice could enhance functional specialization in the middle frontal cortex of practitioners, which may be associated with higher-order cognitive ability.

本文从可能性和可行性两方面介绍和论述了眼动技术在个体认知能力差异研究中的应用。在可能性方面,个体眼动特征具有的良好的重测信度和内部一致性信度;在可行性方面,已有研究利用注视和眼跳相关指标、眼动轨迹和瞳孔直径这三类指标对该问题进行探索,结果均发现这些眼动特征与认知能力之间存在着密切关系。今后研究应继续深入探索两者关系的内在认知和神经机制,并尝试结合人工智能算法开发高信效度的眼动认知测验。

Background: Aneuploidy, a condition caused by an imbalance between the relative dosages of chromosomes, generally produces a novel phenotype specific to the molecular karyotype. Few techniques are currently available for detecting the molecular karyotypes of aneuploids in plants. Methods: By PCR amplification of 209 pairs of SSR primers, 17 pairs of SSR primers with no polymorphism and stable amplification in 23 different ploidy loquat were screened out. Seventeen SSR markers combined with qPCR for detection of aneuploid loquat H39 (2n=2x+5=39) karyotype variation. To verify the method for detection of aneuploid karyotype variation, 9 hybrid offspring of Q24 × ‘Huabai No. 1’ and 16 open-pollination progeny of the triploid loquat A313 and A322 were obtained, and we detected their chromosome numbers using conventional cytological methods. The SSR-qPCR method was used to detect the molecular karyotypes of aneuploids in the 9 hybrid offspring of Q24 × ‘Huabai No. 1’ and 16 open-pollination progeny of the triploid loquat A313 and A322. Results: Based on this imbalance in chromosome dosage, a new approach (referred to as ‘SSR-qPCR’) combining simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers and quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) has been developed and utilized to detect some common aneuploids irrespective of heterozygosity. We screened 17 specific SSR markers covering all loquat linkage groups and redesigned 6 pairs of primers for SSR markers that can detect loquat chromosome aneuploidies. The SSR-qPCR detection results obtained for hybrid progeny and open-pollination progeny of triploid loquat showed diagnostic accuracies of 88.9% and 62.5%, respectively, compared with the chromosome preparation results. Limitations: Loquat genome sequences have not been published, available SSR markers are currently limited. Conclusion: SSR-qPCR can detect loquat aneuploids and be used to construct the entire molecular karyotypes of aneuploid individuals. Therefore, this method offers a novel alternative for the detection of chromosome aneuploidies.
