道德认知关注道德心理背后的信息加工。近年来,研究者开始将计算模型应用于道德认知研究,以探索道德认知如何在大脑中实现。但目前研究者对道德认知进行计算建模的研究处于起步阶段。计算模型(漂移扩散模型、效用模型、强化学习模型和分层高斯过筛器模型)在道德认知行为和生理研究上的运用量化了道德决策、道德判断和道德推理背后的认知过程和神经机制。此外,这一新进展对理解反社会行为和精神障碍等有所助益。最后,计算建模有待完善,未来研究需要关注其潜在的问题。

一种新型冠状病毒药物与天然产物快速发现的计算药理学方法

新发传染病爆发流行期间,亟需提出候选药物功效、机制、毒副作用的可供验证的科学假说。疫苗或新药研发均需要一定时间,因而药物重定位(老药新用)策略有其用武之地。但是新发疾病其病原体、宿主反应的临床数据不充分制约了候选药物假设的提出。此阶段常根据病人临床特征进行广谱抗病毒药物的尝试。本文借鉴人工智能领域常见的启发式搜索思路,提出一种新方法(aCODE),基于前期有一定疗效提示的广谱抗病毒药,获得其宿主靶蛋白集合,在全基因组尺度上搜索与之相关性最高的基因模块组合,进而对候选化合物(如已批准上市药物、天然产物)进行模式匹配与统计检验排序。本方法可根据临床实践的进展更新输入药物,迭代输出更精准结果,输出的天然产物或中药、药食同源成分结合其它信息后可实施快速测试,形成敏捷研发测试闭环;并为爆发期医疗资源极其有限情况下大量人群的居家预防与方案测试提供科学支持。

经前期综合征与奖赏进程失调——来自脑电的证据

研究表明,经前期综合征(Premenstrual syndromes, PMS)女性的情绪平衡性存在问题,而现有研究多从负性情绪上升的角度考察PMS的发病机制,而对其正性情绪缺损的关注不足。鉴于正性情绪与奖赏进程密切相关,本研究试图从奖赏进程失调的角度考察PMS女性与健康女性的差异以及该差异是否存在阶段特异性的问题,以期从正性情绪缺损的角度揭示其发病机制。具体而言,分别选取PMS女性与健康女性23名和22名,考察两组被试在黄体晚期(即经前期)和卵泡早期(即经后期)正性情绪以及完成赌博任务时的脑电数据时域和频域的差异。主观问卷结果显示,PMS女性的愉快和平静情绪低于健康女性,并且情绪平衡性也低于健康女性,但无明显的阶段特异性。时域分析结果显示,PMS组在经前期收到奖赏反馈后奖赏正波(reward positivity, RewP)的波幅和差异波(即奖赏条件和惩罚条件下的差值)的波幅均低于健康女性,进一步的相关分析结果显示,对于PMS组来说,经前期奖赏条件下的RewP波幅和差异波波幅与经前期的情绪平衡性显著正相关。频域分析的结果则发现PMS组在经前期奖赏条件下的θ频段(4~7Hz, 250~400ms)能量低于健康组。研究表明,PMS女性在经前期的奖赏加工进程存在异常,表现为对奖赏反馈的预期增强,而在收到奖赏反馈后又出现了钝化反应,且奖赏进程的失调与情绪平衡性相关。本研究为理解PMS女性奖赏进程失调的动态加工时程和神经震荡特征及其与情绪平衡性的关系提供了初步的神经生理证据。

基于大规模古文语料库的词典构建及分词技术研究

古文献的研究有助于传统文化的继承与发扬,而古文分词则是利用自然语言处理技术对古文献进行分析的重要环节,但由于缺少规范的数据资料而没有像现代汉语分词取得突破性进展。当前互联网拥有大量古汉语文本和词典方面的数据资料,但是这些数据分散,没有得到有效地整合。本文提出采集互联网非结构化古汉语数据,经过数据清洗和预处理抽取出一个古汉语基础词典,然后再利用互信息、信息熵、位置成词概率相结合的新词发现方法从大规模古籍文本中抽取古汉语候补词典,最终将基础词典与候补词典融合,利用正向最大匹配实现对古文的分词。与开源的分词器甲言在基于词典的分词方面比较后F值提高了14%,取得了良好的效果,结果证明本文构建的分词器可以应用在古汉语文本分词上。

Nano-crystalline metals (NCs) exhibit radiation-tolerance due to the sink of grain boundaries (GBs) for radiation-induced defects such as self-interstitial atoms (SIAs) and vacancies (Vs). However, the relevant mechanisms for the radiation damage accumulation and GB structural relaxation under high radiation field in NCs are still not well understood due to the lack of self-consistent across-scale techniques for simulating radiation-induced microstructures evolution. In this article, by combining coarse-grained and atomistic simulations, we proposed a coupling method to investigate the evolution of the microstructure and SIA/V-GB interaction under cumulative irradiation in NC iron. The SIA overloaded effect was revealed in iron GBs at a high radiation dose rate and/or low temperature. Two types of GB structural response were observed to cumulative irradiation. With the SIA accumulated at the GB, the new GB phase formed and then a critical concentration of the SIA at the GB transited to the small quantity of the V during the GB structural recovery, accompanied by the local GB motion. Consequently, the GB’s role for Vs nearby alternated between the trapping and annihilation center with radiation dose. Alternatively, GB developed to a disordered structure after trapping abundant SIAs. The GB response pattern to cumulative irradiation that is related to the SIA formation energy at the GB or the GB thermal stability is well manifested in the cumulative distribution function of the defects formation energy and its energy level density. The present work reveals the dynamic healing picture for radiation damage near the GB under cumulative irradiation.

Review of the high-power vacuum tube microwave sources

Since the first vacuum tube (X-ray tube) was invented by Wilhelm Röntgen in Germany, after more than one hundred years of development, the average power density of the vacuum tube microwave source has reached the order of 108 [MW][GHz]2. The maximum power density record was created by the Free Electron Lasers. In the high-power microwave field, the vacuum devices are still the mainstream microwave sources for applications such as scientific instruments, communications, radars, magnetic confinement fusion heating, microwave weapons, etc. The principles of microwave generation by vacuum tube microwave sources include Cherenkov or Smith-Purcell radiation, transition radiation, and Bremsstrahlung. In this paper, the vacuum tube microwave sources were reviewed in order according to the three radiation principles. Among them, the Vircators can produce 22 GW output power in P-band. Vacuum tubes that can achieve continuous-wave operation include Traveling Wave Tubes, Klystrons, Free Electron Lasers, and Magnetrons, with output power up to 1MW. Vacuum tubes that can generate frequencies of the order of 100 GHz and above include Klystrons, Traveling Wave Tubes, Gyrotrons, Backward Wave Oscillators, Magnetrons, Surface Wave Oscillators, Free Electron Lasers, Orotrons, etc. Gyrotrons are very attractive in the millimeter wave and THz fields. The Gyrotrons can output power at the MW level with 3000s pulse width at millimeter wavelengths.

古文LIWC词典的构建及初步分析

[背景]LIWC(基于语词计量的文本分析)以关键词的词频统计为基础,可对个体和群体的表达语句的心理学意义等方面进行量化分析。由于文言文的表达方式与现代汉语存在明显的差异,为了分析文言文文本的心理学意义,我们在简体中文LIWC词典(Simplified Chinese LIWC 2015年版本, 简称SC-LIWC)的基础上,构建了古文LIWC(Classical Chinese LIWC,以下简称CC-LIWC)词典。[目的]本研究的目的是探究如何构建CC-LIWC词典并介绍如何使用该词典对古文文本进行分析。[方法]获取在线汉语词典的全部词汇及其对应解释,保留文言文词及其现代文译文,并从译文中寻找SC-LIWC词,将SC-LIWC词与文言文词进行匹配。对匹配结果进行人工标注,确保结果的一致性与准确性。[结果]最终生成的CC-LIWC包含了81个词类与49136个文言文词条。[局限]古文中一词多义、一词多性的情况较为普遍,对词典中词汇的分类存在一定影响。[结论]使用CC-LIWC对《论语(节选)》、《孤愤》进行词频分析,分析结果体现了儒家的中庸与法家的注重逻辑辩证的区别,说明CC-LIWC词典能够有效区分文本的表达倾向。

物质使用障碍的网络分析模型

物质使用障碍是一种涉及生理、环境和文化等多因素的复杂现象,但是目前基于生物还原论的理论解释框架限制了对物质使用障碍的理解和康复。网络分析模型使用图论来理解心理和行为变量之间的相互关系并形成相应的可视化网络,为理解物质使用障碍提供了新的理论框架。将网络分析模型应用于物质使用障碍,将有利于:(1)理解症状之间的相互关系和相互影响,(2)理解症状网络的整体性(自强化(self–reinforcing)和稳定性(stability))和动态变化,以及(3)将多层次和多水平的因素整合到统一的理论框架之间中。从网络分析模型的视角来理解物质使用障碍,也将对未来的干预与治疗提供理论支持。目前网络分析模型仍然属于理论模型,未来的研究需要进一步提出更加具体的、可验证的模型并采用实证研究进行验证,从而推进对物质使用障碍的治疗与康复。

Measuring colloidal forces between clay microparticles with optical tweezers

The enrichment of clay minerals in the slip surface of landslides, which plays an important role in the slip surface’s strength, has been proved by many scholars. From trans-scale perspectives, the interaction forces between particles, a kind of microstructure, is closely related to the macroscopic strength characteristics. Here, optical tweezers were utilized to study the friction and adhesion between clay microparticles. The interaction of clay particles has been measured by studying the forces acting on a localized particle by optical trapping. Results show that the measured interaction force between two montmorillonite particles is about tens of pico-Newtons. This method and results can not only bring an enhanced understanding of landslide mechanism but also promote the development of macroscopic soil constitutive model based on the microscopic mechanism.

社会困境研究的范式沿革及其理论价值:以道德两难决策为例

社会困境是伦理学、社会学、心理学和经济学等多学科的共同研究主题,以道德两难决策为代表。在综合分析道德决策研究中的三种实证研究范式(经典两难法、加工分离法和CNI模型法)沿革过程的基础上,本文提出了CAN维度合成法,解决了前述研究范式的理论和方法的局限性。这四种方法的发展,使道德困境研究不再局限于冲突性的两难情境探讨,从而拓展了道德情境研究的范畴,推动了对现有道德理论的实证检验和对研究争议的解决,并为相关学科中具有潜在冲突性的研究议题提供了方法论借鉴。
